By bus it is only 10 minutes to the center, and those who prefer to walk can reach the city center in about 30 minutes via a hiking trail.

Nature-friendly property (4500 sqm) with the possibility to grill and be outside in different places and use them. Next door is the Schwäbischer Wald vacation home.

The apartment is located right on the edge of the old town and therefore everything is within walking distance. Only a few stairs and meters of altitude have to be overcome (typical Hall). The market square (known from the Schwäbisch Hall open-air theater) and St. Michael's Church are within walking distance. Almost down the stairs and you're there. The guest apartment is located in a separate building with private access. We, the hosts, are the neighbors.

Quiet room with TV, kitchen with fridge, microwave, stove and sink. You have your own spacious bathroom, your own wardrobe with shoe cabinet in the hallway, and you can wash your laundry. Actually, it's a 1-room apartment. I'll add more photos of the room and kitchen in the next few days. I have completely renovated and furnished the room. The chairs at the dining table will still be exchanged. I've already ordered the new furniture.

Die absolut ruhige Lage am Rand des Naturparks Schwäbisch-Fränkischer Wald sorgt für Entspannung. Wer Sport machen will, kann sich direkt vom Haus in Wald und Wiesen austoben. Untergröningen is an Eldorado for hikers, cyclists and bikers in the Kocher Valley metropolis. With its five hamlets and over 40 small hamlets, the state-approved resort offers pure nature. In the village, there is a small supermarket with a butcher and bakery as well as a brewery with a restaurant. For further excursions, there are swimming lakes, museums, etc. in the immediate vicinity.

Small and fine 1 room apartment with 36 square meters, built in 2022 in a suburb of Gaildorf on the Kocher/Jagst cycle path. Quiet location to relax for one or more days. From Alexa and Wi-Fi to TV, stove, refrigerator and walk-in shower, everything is available. The question about the reason for the trip is a requirement of Airbnb, but not important to me, just enter ok for example!
