Apartment vacation rentals in Buenavista, Carabanchel

I stayed here for a month and it was a great experience. The host is gracious and really allowed me to feel at home. She would even leave me plates of food or yummy cakes she prepared for her family. Bus stop and metro are not far, making it easy to get to the center of town. Multiple grocery stores within walking distance also are very helpful for long stays and saving money. Totally recommend.

Everything was good, definitely worth the price. Super close to the metro/bus stops as well.

The place was phenomenal, unbeatable at the price you pay, but the best thing by far is the host. Javier is a great person, one of the best hosts I have had, constant information and always eager to help the tenants. What a pity I didn't match him anymore. I would definitely repeat.

Magdalena was a wonderful host for me as in travelling solo and a later stage in life. She was a real lifesaver and nothing was too much to ask!

Rachel was very kind and accommodating specially in the middle of the blackout. Her apartment was beautiful and comfortable.

I had a great time in Madrid thanks to Erica and her family. They waited for me when my plane was delayed, where in regular contact to make sure I was ok. The flat was clean and well furnished and is about 3 minutes walk from the Metro station. There is lift. I was out at night and felt safe alone in the neighbourhood. I would recommend the place and look forward to coming back.

Thank you again José for hosting us, a good stay, only complaint was the stairs for a person carrying a load like me, but everything else was great 👍🏽

The apartment is excellent and the contributions of Yiftach and his collaborator made everything better and easier. The accommodation provides everything expected as it is new appliances in perfect working order. The water and its pressure are excellent. The equipment is complete. The location can't be better, in the middle of the city but absolutely quiet. It allows you to walk to the main points of Madrid and the proximity to the Metro complements the above. A bustling, attractive and also very safe area. I would probably go back to the apartment

Our stay was wonderful. We were able to see a lot of Madrid just by walking. Public transport was close by when needed. After a long day sight seeing we came back to a comfortable place to eat relax and sleep ready to go again the next morning loved it

Great little apartment in a wonderful area. Lots to do nearby and walkable everywhere, but on a pedestrian street so no traffic. The unit was clean and well supplied. Highly recommend!

Very nice modern apartment in Madrid. On the first floor which is nice for getting bags up and down. Near the heart of Madrid with access to all the major transit lines to get around the city. Would stay again!

Cesar was a wonderful host - he communicated with us quickly and effectively. The flat was beautiful and right in the heart of Madrid, you cannot ask for a better location. Our very favourite was Le Coquette which is a blue bars just a short walk away. You cannot go wrong with this spot - thank you for the memories

When we arrived, we found a lady in the apartment who was cleaning the apartment, too nice and kind. She cleaned the entire apartment from top to bottom, everything smelled good. We really enjoyed the host, he was clear in everything and was really very active in managing everything. I would really recommend it to everyone! 🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰

Cristina’s listing was in a great location. Centrally located to get around on the metro and bus system. Everything match the pictures and the communication was great. I even got to check in as soon as I arrived.

We had a very nice and recommended stay. Marta is a super attentive host and is available at all times in case you need anything. The apartment is 5-10 minutes from Gran Plaza España... it is very central and perfectly located, and at night there was no noise.

Rafael was a real host. Always friendly in the communications they had in a very quick way. The apartment is 200 meters from the Tirso de Molina metro station from which you can then reach any point in the city. Clean and tidy.

We had a wonderful stay here,we didn’t have a kettle so contacted the host and he brought a new one to us as soon as he could.Very comfy bed and lovely location.Would recommend.

Our stay at the apartment went very well! The apartment is well-equipped, in a semi-basement which allows you to keep it cool! The bedding is comfortable and the bathroom is great (special mention to the jacuzzi after long walks!) The mini terrace is nice! The neighborhood is quiet while having everything within walking distance: supermarket, small shops, multiple bus stops (the best way to get around from the apartment to the more touristy sites!)

A wonderful stay in this house located on a rural estate. I went with my girlfriend for a romantic getaway and the place was perfect. It is true that there are two floors and two apartments, and therefore you can have neighbors, and it is also true that the caretaker of the property lives about 50 meters away; but at no time did I feel my privacy invaded. The furniture and decor are beautiful and in excellent condition. The surroundings are very beautiful, full of nature. Definitely an experience to do it again.

The place is quiet. The accommodation is very well equipped with little extras (sparkling water, still water, coffee, tea, infusion, chocolate and sweets...) in addition to a very clean, spacious accommodation, a well-made bed and very comfortable pillows. Towels that smell like laundry. In short, a flawless welcome with a follow-up from the host who makes sure everything is going well from the moment of arrival. It's very nice, we highly recommend it.

Excellent and cozy apartment, very centrally located, close to both local transports, restaurants and shops.
