13m2 room with a private bathroom, a wardrobe and a desk: this is our offer of practical and comfortable accommodation for solo trips :) We are in Carabanchel, a south-western area just outside of Madrid, at 50min by public transport from the city centre. It is a private space that shares a corridor with 5 more rooms, but ensuring maximum privacy. We have organized the space to make it as cozy as possible with the basics (there is no kitchen, we leave a coffee machine at your disposal) :)

There are markets,bars,restaurants, pharmacy less than 5 minutes away We have 2 metro and 1 train stations in the proximity "Usera" "Almendrales" and " 12 de Octubre" (We are hardly 2 stações de Distando de "Atocha" close to train Renfe) and ( uma distância de 6 estação de metrô até o centro de Madrid estação de "Sol").

Great loft, fully-equipped. High speed 600MB WiFi. Ideal for homeworking! Very quiet and bright with outside terrace and nice views. With free parking in front of the building and several supermarkets, restaurants and bars next door. Thanks to the bus and subway, there is a very smooth, fast and easy connection to the city center. Official bike rental pickup point of "BiciMadrid" 100m from the apartment. It allows you to ride a bicycle through all of Madrid.

The room is located 450 meters (6min walk) from the Carpetana L6 metro, one street from the stop of the N17 and N25 buses that connect with the center of Madrid and the Royal Palace ( 30-40 min) upon arrival. In addition, lines also lead to the Príncipe Pío Shopping Center. Walking 4 min you will find a supermarket and two grocery stores. Room suitable for 1 or 2 people, has a ceiling fan and a mini heater There are two very friendly and quiet little dogs.
