Great spot. Perfect for a family with kids that need more beds without paying 3 bedroom prices. 6 people all had beds and we still had a living room.

found this spot while traveling and riding at breck. it is a bit far (30 min), but it was a great place to stay. Bed and pillows were great! The secluded nature of it and the rural surroundings were very peaceful and nice at night. So many stars to see at night! I would recommend as long as you are okay with the distance. Dave and Miriam were sweet and friendly hosts!

I had to book this place very last minute due to a different airbnb not working out, and it was so great! Very nice space and easy check in.

10/10 for this Airbnb. We had our dog and our 2 year old. We absolutely loved exploring the farm. Proximity to hiking and downtown Salida was unbeatable. Would highly recommend - spend every night sitting outside reading and looking at the starry night.

We couldn't ask for a more comfortable, better equipped, or more central location. Would stay here again!

We loved Catalina’s place. It was comfortable and cozy and we felt right at home. Everything was super clean and it was beautifully decorated. We left something behind and she contacted us immediately so we could go back and pick it up. This place is great!

This was the perfect little getaway for my wife, our dog and myself. The house was well stocked and on a great little slice of land just outside of Salida. We loved waking up to a little mountain chill, drinking coffee on the porch and making breakfast on their blackstone while overlooking the river. Doug and Stephanie were great hosts and very responsive. We are already planning our next trip back.

My husband and I loved our weekend stay. The house and surroundings are beautiful. So many great details and amenities! We thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub and sitting in the sun on the back patio. We drank our coffee by the gas fire pit in the mornings. We liked the throw blankets in the living room for movie watching and the hot tub specific towels. The shower and bathtub were great. We would love to have stayed longer.

The Schoolhouse was perfect for our girl's trip! The location was fantastic, right downtown, but still quiet and private. The big couch was comfy and the kitchen was well-stocked. The bedrooms were perfectly-arranged with comfy beds, and we loved sitting on the front porch and in the back yard.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful home, surrounded by stunning mountain views. The hot tub was a favorite for our family—we enjoyed relaxing in it while taking in the scenery, and the stargazing at night was absolutely breathtaking. This home is the perfect base for exploring Mt. Princeton and the Salida area. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful and memorable getaway.

Stayed for a week - great experience all around

We were in Buena Vista for our Granddaughter’s Wedding at the Barn at Sunset Ranch. Our son and Grandson and companions were with us. Six adults were very comfortable in this beautifully kept home. We wished we had stayed one more night to enjoy more of the beautiful surroundings! Brenna our Host was an absolute Dear! Thank you for making our stay a lovely experience.

Really enjoyed my extended stay at Erin and Jim's. The location on Main St. was the best and hope to return.

We stayed here to hike surrounding mountains, and this house was great for that!

The location of this unit was perfect for walking into town, and just a short walk to the snowflake lift. You can ski-in across the street from the building from 4 o’clock run. The unit itself was well appointed. It’s a little run down, as are many places in ski towns, but the price matched the quality of the unit. I’d recommend this unit.

The condo is very nice and looks like the pictures, it's got modern styling, but it's comfortable. The bed I slept in was very comfortable. The location is so nice for downtown Salida, you could park behind the unit and never have to get in your car again, unfortunately we had a bunch of stuff on the outskirts of town so we ended up driving a lot anyway. Sierra was super friendly, we ran into her at the boathouse and she actually recognized me and she was so friendly. If I had to complain I'd say the stairs from the back parking spot to the bedrooms were more than I expected and I was lugging a baby with me unloading the car, but really not that bad.

This place is perfect for a couple's get-away! Great views of the snow-capped mountains 🏔️, located directly in the heart of so much to do, with local shops, restaurants close by. Highly recommend !

The condo was in a great location within walking distance to hiking trails, downtown, food, and shopping. It was well stocked, nicely decorated and the beds were very comfortable. Gordon and Amelia were great hosts.

It was very clean when we got there, we noticed there was no tag for the car and messaged Spencer right away and he responded quickly that the previous stayers accidentally took it home with them. Everything worked out for us and the location is great just wish there were chairs on the patio for us to sit outside. we highly recommend.
