Waterfront vacation rentals in Budva Municipality

My family stayed there for 3 weeks ( me , my husband and 6-year-old daughter ) this apartment is ideal for such a family , although it seems to me that it can easily accommodate a family with two children ) the apartment fully corresponds to the description and photos - when we checked in, we were completely delighted with the cleanliness and care of the hostess ! The bathroom had everything from shampoo to ear sticks ( although we did not use much of the one left for us ) but it was nice that the host took care of even our skin ( there was aloe that helps with sunburn ) ! A chilled drink in the fridge was left for us and a large pack of sweets for a sweet evening with coffee )! The kitchen is a separate place of enjoyment - it is fully stocked with everything you need and more ! For us , whichever, was left - full packs of pasta , oatmeal and various condiments )! A large amount of detergents and the like ! The balcony is a place for evening gatherings - it is very comfortably equipped and overlooks the sea and mountains !

It exceeded my expectations, will be back!

Leo was responsive and provided easy directions to the flat. The flat itself was very clean, close to the beach and restaurants and was quiet with a great view and balcony

Marija was a responsive and understanding host throughout. Communication was mostly through WA, and I never had to wait long for a helpful reply. The house is located on the slope of a mountain and you receive access to an apartment within the villa in the pictures. Down the slope are some small stores and places to buy food. Budva is about 5 km away. Note that you will need a car that can climb up a somewhat steep slope, but this is the case for most residences in the area. Except for if you want to stay at a beach-side hotel. The whole apartment is clean and check-in is easy. Especially, the sunset is well-visible. So, if you're looking for a peaceful stay some distance away from everything, but still accessible by car; then this is a good option.

Perfect apartment for a longer stay near all the nice beaches of the Montenegro coast. Has everything included that you need for beach days (towels, umbrella etc.) and nice kitchen. The apartment is spacious and the little balcony is a great place to relax. We worked in the apartment during the days - good wifi, good work station in the bed room! The only issue here is parking. We got a quote high fine for parking next to the apartment, and a “warning”when parking at the Voli nearby, which was also mostly full . So probably worth investing time in finding a proper parking.

Mihailo was a great host, he communicated very well and his apartment was in a nice location very close to the beach.

Loved the easy access to the beach which made for a lovely morning swim. Accommodation was nice, simple and clean - true to advertisement. Host was helpful and welcoming. We would recommend.

An absolute gem with perfect location next to everything you need in Budva. Private, spacious with everything you need for a comfortable stay.

The place was spotless clean, and Dragan vas very helpful, I actually forgot my make up bag on check out and he contacted me shortly to notify me that i should come back for it, for which I am very grateful

I loved my week's stay here. The house contained everything I needed and felt like a home from home. The view straight out to the sea is stunning and the location is ideal. There are plenty of restaurants and cafes plus a great supermarket within a few mins walking distance. Tijana couldn't have been more responsive or helpful. A superb host!

a large apartment with a balcony and the opportunity to spend time in the garden, in the shade of figs and near the grill. Important: There is no freezer in the fridge, but it is on the ground floor, shared. The hostess launders herself - in the evening he gave it, received it in the morning. There is a large and beautiful beach, with restaurants, cliffs. Along the way, there are many kiosks with all sorts of things and two - with wonderful vegetables and fruits. The place is very convenient for traveling by car - and parking is good, and the road is nearby. The hosts are attentive and friendly, know a lot about interesting places around, always happy to answer any questions.

Branislav's apartment is very friendly, with a very nice sea view. the beach is a few minutes walk and it is a very nice beach in an atypical place related to the history of Montenegro. the apartment is very clean, self check-in went perfectly with very clear instructions. Thank you Branislav

It's a great option to explore Budva!Private area with all amenities ,balcony ,terrace and parking. Hosts are helpful nice people.

We had a lovely stay at Tatiana‘s apartment for 9 nights. The location is beautiful, literally steps away from the sea. And the apartment had everything needed for a comfortable stay. The communication with Tatiana was perfect- very helpful and quick. Would definitely recommend!

Great apartments with great views in the center of budva. The apartment has an excellent workplace, high-speed Internet and a huge TV. Very friendly hosts, helped with all questions. Transfer from the airport and check-in to the apartments were top notch!

Andriy is the perfect host, he was responsive all the time and welcomed us in the place. His place is WONDERFUL. The view from the balcony is truly amazing!

This Budva room from Sladjana is in an excellent location. It really is only about 50 meters from the Sea, with a beautiful 4th floor view, and private parking. There is an elevator to get to that 4th floor. The room is clean, smells great, has a clothes washer, microwave, refrigerator, espresso maker, great AC, and 2 queen beds. In a word, "elegance". It really is excellent and I would recommend it to friends and family.

Very nice apartment with a great view of the sea. The beach at the bottom of the apartment is very beautiful. nearby: supermarket, restaurant etc. perfect for a family holiday.
