House vacation rentals in Budva Municipality

We had an incredible time at this beautiful villa! The infinity pool with its stunning sea views was definitely a highlight, and the lush garden surrounding the house created a peaceful, relaxing atmosphere. We spent a lot of time on the upstairs terrace, enjoying drinks and soaking in the views. Inside, the villa was just as impressive—spacious and tastefully decorated with unique vintage lamps. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the games room was a fun bonus for movie nights. The bedrooms were all comfortable, and the marble bathrooms were a nice touch of luxury. The location was perfect too—private, yet just a short drive to nearby beaches, charming towns, and great restaurants. We loved being able to walk to the beach in just 10-15 minutes. This villa was the perfect place for a family holiday, and we can’t wait to return!

Elenas place was remarkable with great views and great surroundings. The stay was great and Elena was very quick to respond to every query, the pool and gardens were very relaxing. The villa is accessible to everything by car, good selections of restaurants, bars and shops and beaches all within 5 mins drive. Can’t fault it

We had a lovely stay at this beautiful house surrounded by nature. The road from the main highway to the property is about 3 km — it's winding but well-paved, so driving was no problem. A hiking trail starts right behind the house, which was a wonderful bonus for nature lovers. Overall, everything was great. Just a small note: during colder months, the house can feel a bit chilly. Each room has an air conditioner, but heating such a large space takes some time. The host was extremely responsive and answered all our questions immediately, which made our stay even more comfortable. We truly enjoyed the peaceful setting and would happily stay here again!

The apartment was beautiful, as in the photos. The views of Sveti Stefan and the sea are stunning. We thoroughly enjoyed the stay. It wasn't all ready - e.g. no Wifi, no breakfast room. But host Murat has a solution for everything (free SIM card, breakfast in the room - which is much nicer anyway). Breakfast was a great treat every day. There was something different every day. The homemade jam from the hostess was especially nice. We were able to park our motorcycles right in front of the house. The beach is a few minutes through the village. Only the location on the busy bypass road is disturbing. For the night, we recommend earplugs. Then all is well.

Definitely come here! I cannot recommend this place enough. I visited with friends to hike, bike, explore Montenegros coast and relax in nature. Our stay could not have been any better. The gorgeous home is spacious with room for friend groups or families, but the real jewel is the beautiful garden/patio area where you’re surrounded by greenery and of course the relaxing hot tub with direct view of the mountains, and valley below. Nothing compares to coming home from a long hike to sit in the warm water and enjoy a glass of wine with the lights of the villages below sparkling up at you and the sun setting behind the mountains. The home was second only to the kindness we received from our lovely hosts who made us feel right at home. Jasmina and Branko gave us lots of tips on what to do around the area and supplied us with everything we needed (including privacy), they have the sweetest dog and two cats. The area around is beautiful, stunning beaches and great hikes all around.

Couldn’t be happier with our stay. The apartment is perfectly located - a few min walk to old town and the harbor, 10 min walk to Mogren beaches. There is also a market right next door which is super convenient. The apartment was perfect for 4 of us but could fit a couple more easily. Having a parking spot and a washing machine was also great. Andrija was an amazing host - very proactive in sending me information and directions before we arrived, checking in to make sure we had everything we needed. Very hospitable and friendly. Overall a really great experience.

I had an amazing time staying at Maja’s apartment. My friends and I really cherished the time we spent together and we thank Maja for offering this very beautiful apartment not very far from the beach. It was clean and the relatives of Maja were also very friendly. I would definitely recommend if you look for a quick gateway here in Montenegro but do mind that having a car will make your life much easier - and this goes for all of Montenegro.

All in all everything was good - quite far from the crowd village, a nice view, fresh air, cozy house. The only problem was WiFi - it did not work properly, it was slightly better downstairs. If you need to work (or just check and send emails) it might become a real problem.

Great place, choose it as it was private for me and my wife. Up in the mountains and away from anything with a small community. Felt very safe. Cleaning house and pool. Definitely recommend

This is an old renovated house, perfect for nature lovers and people seeking peace and quiet!! My dogs loved the surroundings. There was a minor inconvenience with the water supply but Lazar had made sure I had some bottled water for all my needs. The pool, which is larger than I expected, really compensated for all that ☺️ Great communication also, Jovan and Lazar where available and prompt to reply. Thank you!

Lovely Airbnb in a beautiful spot on a hill overlooking the ocean. The pool and outdoor cooking area are great. Nina’s father lives upstairs but has a separate entrance to his home. He was very friendly and helped us make a restaurant reservation and gave us homemade spirit on arrival. It is a steep walk to the beach / village but walkable. As others have mentioned, the bedrooms do get hot at night (one has aircon) but 3 others don’t. Nina / her father kindly lent us a fan when I asked about this but ideally a fan for each room would be helpful. Overall a fantastic stay and wonderful property to relax in!

The stay with Luka and Kaca was great! The stay is a small house behind Luka and Kaca's house. The house is more than spacious enough for 4 people. The house is on the outskirts of Budva city center. There are plenty of opportunities to eat or drink, all within walking distance. Because the house is not in the center it is also very easy to reach and leave the house (for example to go to another place). All in all, we enjoyed it very much!

Great location for people who want to relax away from the hustle and bustle of the city and the crowd; furnishing the house richer than advertised; the garden, the number of terraces, places to spend time outside, the shade that gave the trees, very different to this house from others. The equipment is not the latest generation, but everything is (washing machine, dishwasher, sandwich maker, grill, microwave, kitchen for cooking, oven) and everything works. The bedding is nice, scented. Not ending of towels. The car is parked in a shady spot. The view of the mountains, the sea, and the vegetation in the garden is soothing. Close to the restaurant if you don't feel like cooking and a small grocery scoop, very well-stocked. Excellent support from the host. We were in 2 families with children. A great home to spend time together and separate from children. They grew up upstairs, kids downstairs. The pool of 12m long exceeded our expectations If I have to go back to Montenegro, it's just for the French House. Thank you

My friends and I stayed at Olga’s place for a week. There’s a public transport access and there’s a small convenience store 5 mins walk away. The host was very helpful and could easily be communicated through here or her private number. The pool was lovely and had lights at night which created a nice atmosphere. It’s near Sveti Stefan and Budva 20-30 mins away. The cooking facilities including bbq all work as they should. Overall, we had a great stay at Olga’s place.

Branislav's apartment is very friendly, with a very nice sea view. the beach is a few minutes walk and it is a very nice beach in an atypical place related to the history of Montenegro. the apartment is very clean, self check-in went perfectly with very clear instructions. Thank you Branislav

The house is very nice, very clean and well located, a few hundred meters from the beach. The neighborhood is very quiet and the parking at the foot of the house is very convenient. Pleme is a very friendly host, available and really responsive, he always responded to our requests very quickly. I highly recommend this listing!

Our flight has delayed for nearly four hours, and we have to pick up the rental car then get to the house, the host has been waiting for us till nearly 1am, and when we finally turn up, he kindly show us the house and passed us the key. Really appreciate they wait for us that night. Absolutely love the air-conditioning in house and hot tub, as the temperature is too hot to bare, we didn't heat up the hot tub and use it as a mini cooling spa. The hot tub is the cleanest we have ever had. View from the house also stunning. Jelena is responsible on messages or calls for any of our questions in English. Should have booked more days here.
