We really enjoy our stay at this cozy and clean house. Beautiful view from the terrace to the sea and the mountains, clean swimming pools. The local kitties came to visit. The only negative is that without a car it will be inconvenient. The city, shops, entertainment and the sea are a little far away. 15 minutes by car. Thanks for the hospitality!

Difficult town to access, almost no parking. Beautiful characterful house, well equipped with lots of space inside and outside on the amazing terrace. Decent restaurants and surprisingly good supermarkets nearby. Thoroughly enjoyed our family stay

Zoran was the best host we have ever had on Airbnb. The apartment was super clean and well decorated with thoughtful details. Zoran was always around and was always super helpful with everything. He was kind enough to cook a wonderful dinner and even took us around the city on the last day of our stay. We had a wonderful time and enjoyed all the thoughtful conversations with Zoran. So If you are looking for a place to stay in Budva, look no more.

We loved our stay here. The place was spotless, the location was lovely and really close to kotor old town. There’s lots of little docks that are just a short walk away, where you can have a swim which was lovely! Nikola gave lots of amazing recommendations of where to go which was really helpful. Also, we really appreciated the homemade lemonade when we arrived and waking up to Turkish coffee every morning! Nikola and Bepa were also so unbelievably kind and went above and beyond to help me. I hurt my foot and needed to go to hospital, and Bepa drove me to the hospital and helped me with communication when I got there, which was so helpful during a stressful time. We cannot thank, and recommend them enough!

We had a wonderful stay! The apartment is perfectly located in the heart of Kotor Old Town, with everything you need for a comfortable vacation. It’s well-equipped and cozy. The host is very welcoming and always quick to respond to any questions. This was our second time staying here, and we’ll definitely be back again!

This house is beautiful! The view is amazing with a wonderful terrace. The house has everything you need in the kitchen so you can feel as home. Unfortunately it was very hot during our visit, otherwise Kotor is in a walking distance. Sanja is a wonderful host! She helped us with everything we asked for and even more. Unique set up with 4 apartments, and each with their own kitchens, all within the same entry. Location is about as good as it gets, on a main thoroghfare in Old Town.

Staying at Zoran's was very good! The apartment is equipped with all necessary equipment and is located in a good location, close to the center, but in the evening there is peace and quiet. Zoran is a nice host, he drove us to the apartment in person, recommended tasty eateries, and I always answer our questions quickly. Recommended! :)

We had an absolutely lovely stay. The home was very clean and ready for us when we arrived. Easy check in and welcome tour from hosts. The beach was a quick walk across the street and down a few stairs, it is a beautiful small beach that gets very busy that also has a lovely little cash bar. Larger beach is just a 200m walk down the road. Everything was great and would definitely stay again if we are in the area again.

Friendly hosts, helpful. The place is clean, not far from the beach. A huge plus is that they have their own parking for their guests which is otherwise a problem in Petrovac.
