Waterfront vacation rentals in Budva Municipality

Моя семья там проживала 3 недели ( я , муж и 6 летняя дочь ) эта квартира идеально подходит для такой семьи , хотя мне кажется там можно легко разместиться семье с двум детьми ) квартира полностью соответствует описанию и фото - когда мы заехали мы были в полном восторге от чистоты и заботе хозяйки ! В ванной было все - от шампуня до ушных палочек ( хотя многое мы не использовали с оставленного для нас ) но это было приятно , что хозяйка позаботилась даже о нашей коже ( было алое которое помогает при солнечных ожогах ) ! Для нас был оставлен охлажденный напиток в холодильнике и большая упаковка конфет для сладкого вечера с кофе )! Кухня это отдельное место удовольствия - она полностью укомплектована всем необходимым и даже больше ! Для нас , опят же , были оставлены - полные пачки макарон , овсянки и разных приправ )! Большое количество моющих средств и тому подобное ! Балкон это место для вечерних посиделок - он очень комфортно укомплектован и с него открывается вид на море и горы !

Wir hatten tolle Tage in Leos Appartement. Beste Aussicht auf den Ort, man ist in 5 min am Strand und bei allen Restaurants. Man muss gut zu Fuß sein, da die Unterkunft etwas schwierig zu erreichen ist, aber der Ausblick entschädigt für alles. Durch das Schlafsofa hatten wir 2 getrennte Schlafzimmer. Wir würden immer wieder kommen. Danke!

Appartement spacieux, confortable et très bien équipé à 2 min à pied du petit port et des plages de Przno. Accès à pied facile et rapide aux plages de Sveti Stefan. Très belle vue sur la baie de Budva depuis de grandes baies vitrées, parking gratuit au pied de l’immeuble. Regina et Aleksandar sont disponibles pour toute question. Nous y avons passé un agréable séjour.

Marija was a responsive and understanding host throughout. Communication was mostly through WA, and I never had to wait long for a helpful reply. The house is located on the slope of a mountain and you receive access to an apartment within the villa in the pictures. Down the slope are some small stores and places to buy food. Budva is about 5 km away. Note that you will need a car that can climb up a somewhat steep slope, but this is the case for most residences in the area. Except for if you want to stay at a beach-side hotel. The whole apartment is clean and check-in is easy. Especially, the sunset is well-visible. So, if you're looking for a peaceful stay some distance away from everything, but still accessible by car; then this is a good option.

Perfect apartment for a longer stay near all the nice beaches of the Montenegro coast. Has everything included that you need for beach days (towels, umbrella etc.) and nice kitchen. The apartment is spacious and the little balcony is a great place to relax. We worked in the apartment during the days - good wifi, good work station in the bed room! The only issue here is parking. We got a quote high fine for parking next to the apartment, and a “warning”when parking at the Voli nearby, which was also mostly full . So probably worth investing time in finding a proper parking.

Кухня была обновлена, теперь есть большой холодильник и новые сковородки. Несмотря на маленькую площадь, есть все необходимое. Есть уютный столик на веранде. Когда мы приехали в доме было безупречно чисто. Очень рекомендую.

Giriş öncesinden başlayan yönlendirici güzel yönlendirici mesajlar ve konaklama sırasında ki yardımcı olan ekibe teşekkür için teşekkür ederiz. Mekan hemen plajda diyebilirim odadan çıkıp bir kaç basamak sonra denize girebilirsiniz. Klima , temiz yataklar ve havlular gayet başarılıydı. Kahvaltılarimizi deniz manzaralı bölümde yaptık. Budva ya yakın olması da önemliydi.

The place was spotless clean, and Dragan vas very helpful, I actually forgot my make up bag on check out and he contacted me shortly to notify me that i should come back for it, for which I am very grateful

I loved my week's stay here. The house contained everything I needed and felt like a home from home. The view straight out to the sea is stunning and the location is ideal. There are plenty of restaurants and cafes plus a great supermarket within a few mins walking distance. Tijana couldn't have been more responsive or helpful. A superb host!

большая квартира с балконом и возможностью проводить время в саду, в тени инжира и возле мангала. Важно: в холодильнике нет морозилки, но она есть на первом этаже, общая. Стирает белье сама хозяйка - вечером отдал, утром получил. Непрдалеку большой и красивый пляж, с ресторанами, скалами. По пути много киосков с со всякой всячиной и два - с чудесными овощами и фруктами. Место очень удобное для поездок на машине - и парковаться хорошо, и дорога рядом. Хозяева внимательные и приветливые, много знают об интересных местах вокруг, всегда рады ответить на вопросы.

L'appartement de Branislav est très sympathique, avec un vu sur la mer très agréable. la plage est à quelques minutes à pied et c'est une très belle plage dans un endroit atypique lié à l'histoire du Monténégro. l'appartement est très propre, l'arrivée autonome c'est parfaitement déroulé avec des instructions très claire. Fantastic stay! The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities we needed. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful. The location was perfect—close to everything yet quiet and relaxing. Would absolutely stay again. Highly recommended!

We had a lovely stay at Tatiana‘s apartment for 9 nights. The location is beautiful, literally steps away from the sea. And the apartment had everything needed for a comfortable stay. The communication with Tatiana was perfect- very helpful and quick. Would definitely recommend!

Great apartments with great views in the center of budva. The apartment has an excellent workplace, high-speed Internet and a huge TV. Very friendly hosts, helped with all questions. Transfer from the airport and check-in to the apartments were top notch!

Andriy is the perfect host, he was responsive all the time and welcomed us in the place. His place is WONDERFUL. The view from the balcony is truly amazing!

This Budva room from Sladjana is in an excellent location. It really is only about 50 meters from the Sea, with a beautiful 4th floor view, and private parking. There is an elevator to get to that 4th floor. The room is clean, smells great, has a clothes washer, microwave, refrigerator, espresso maker, great AC, and 2 queen beds. In a word, "elegance". It really is excellent and I would recommend it to friends and family.

Très bel appartement avec une magnifique vue sur la mer. La plage en bas de l'appartement est très belle. a proximité : supermarché, restaurant etc. parfait pour des vacances en famille.

Really nice place to stay for couple days. Apartment were clear and the communication with Marija was perfect I can definitely recommend that place
