Smoking friendly vacation rentals in Budva Municipality

The location of the house is very nice, close to the center, you can walk, there is a parking area, we had no problems, the house is clean, nice and big, the host is interested, we were very satisfied, you can choose, only the building has no elevator, we walked up the stairs.

We had an absolutely wonderful 7 days at Krsto's place. He made us so welcome and nothing was too much trouble for him. The apartment is in a great location, only 20 minutes walk to the beach and 30 to the Old Town. There are plenty of shops and restaurants only 5 minutes walk. If you want to go further afield you will find Taxis at the bottom of the road. The apartment was also sparking clean with everything we needed. Our only regret is that we couldn't stay longer! Zeljka and Peter were welcoming. Our maps took us to the wrong place and they were helpful. Top tip - use google maps. Only one that gets you there. Accommodation was spotless and comfortable. Beautiful views. Have your fitness legs on because if you’re walking down to the beach it’s all up hill back. Would stay again if in the area. Thankyou! 100% recommended.

Boris was a great host, he helped us out with everything we needed and was super flexible with the check out time. The apartment is really cute and he’s everything you need, I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

The room offered was exactly the same as the ones pictured. The fact that the room was on the 9th floor offered a nice city view, the location was in the city center and quite close to Old Town. The only problem was that we had to pay a parking fee of 20 euros per day due to the lack of free parking. We were satisfied with Mr. Atakan's hosting, thank you

A lovely little apartment within walking distance of the sea ✨

Radmila was great person, very friendly and helpful. We were 3 adults and 2 kids and I still have some stiff ideas about the from my point of view higher price not during main season and offering standard as 2 adults sleep on the sofa in living room.. But we enjoyed our trip and all was fine, we had possibility to use garage for parking, thank you.

Katarina is a very friendly and responsive host, and she was always flexible with our requests. The flat matched all descriptions that were listed, and was very convenient especially with a baby as it offered a free underground parking spot and a large elevator. The building itself is new and modern - and so is the flat. Her place is right at the centre of Budva and in walking distance to all the beaches and the Old Town. The only problem with the place is that it's on a busy highway which could get noisy at night.

The apartment was great with private gated parking, only a two-minute walk from a shopping centre, supermarket and restaurants - and had all the utilities you could want

A great place to stay, the host was super helpful in any questions we had and flexible with check in times. Nice view of the mountains from the balcony and everything you need in the area. It’s roughly a 30min walk to the Old town and a 15-20min walk to the beach. Would definitely recommend this property

first of all, they contacted us from the moment we set out, informed us about the current road conditions and shared them with us. It was nice to have a private parking lot and a garden for my children. A clean house welcomed us and we would also like to thank you for the small treats on the table. The only place we will stay again 😎

The house was excellent!

We were received in a very friendly manner. Everything was explained to us and it was very clean. We were there with our two dogs, the garden is well fenced. Everything was extremely clean and we felt very comfortable.

We had a lovely stay at this beautiful house surrounded by nature. The road from the main highway to the property is about 3 km — it's winding but well-paved, so driving was no problem. A hiking trail starts right behind the house, which was a wonderful bonus for nature lovers. Overall, everything was great. Just a small note: during colder months, the house can feel a bit chilly. Each room has an air conditioner, but heating such a large space takes some time. The host was extremely responsive and answered all our questions immediately, which made our stay even more comfortable. We truly enjoyed the peaceful setting and would happily stay here again!

We rested for 12 days, I really liked it! Friendly and helpful hosts, will tell you and help! Speaking English well, they also understand Russian with a bang! Great view of the apartment, convenient location - 6-7 minutes walk to the beach. Nearby is the old town, no noise, which is very important! I definitely recommend choosing this place - if you want to visit the city of Budva! Lovely and kind hosts Igor and Viasna are great and hospitable hosts! ♥️😊

Nice apartment in a modern house. Location might look a bit far from old town or beaches, but it's not: only 10-15 minutes by foot. Goran was friendly and responded quickly. The shower head was a bit leaking, however this wasn't a problem for me.

Lea's flat is recommended. She and her family were super nice to us. Lea is a very communicative person at all times pending and was quick to respond.

I stayed at Sava's studio and it was a great option for my vacation. The accommodation was exactly as in the photos, I would say that in real life everything is better and bigger + a large balcony. The room has all the basic necessities for cooking, also an iron, a hair dryer, a washing machine! There is a large grocery store nearby, and a small one 24/7. The main beach is 15 minutes' walk away, very convenient. There are also restaurants and cafes for every taste near the accommodation. I definitely recommend Sava's accommodation, and I will be happy to stay with him next time! Thank you so much! 🌟

The apartment is very nice and clean with a large balcony. It is fully equipped with everything we needed, i.e. washing machine, kitchen, air condoning, etc. It only a few minutes walk to the beach and the center of Petrovac. The bus station is also very close nearby. Ilija is a very friendly host. I lost my mobile phone at a previous accommodation in Biogradsga Gora National Park. He organized a transport for my phone, so that I got it back during my vacation. Check-In and Check-Out was very uncomplicated as Ilija was very flexible.

Hi just wanna say about my stay in Luka place .Extremely nice people both brothers ,place nice and clean and beautiful location,and especially the view from balcony towards sea.Becici beach not far away from the Luka place.just wanted to recommend this nice and quiet place to anyone who comes to Budva.
