Vacation rentals with a patio in Budva Municipality

Fabulous apartment in an amazing location! we were 6 adults and the apartment was spacious enough to accommodate us all comfortably. Meghan and Milos were such thoughtful and communicative hosts and offered lots of information and suggestions throughout our stay. This penthouse offers uninterrupted sea views from the balconies with lovely sunny orientation. A 10 min walk brings you to the centre of Petrovac, which is a true gem of a resort, 20 mins drive south of the vibrant town of Budva. We were so glad we chose Petrovac as a base over the busier towns of Budva or Kotor, though all are easily accessible as day trips. If you come to Petrovac, stay here!

It was my second time in this apartment. I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb in Budva! The apartment was spotless and modern, with all the amenities you could need for a comfortable stay. The design is sleek and contemporary, which really made the space feel welcoming and relaxing. The location is unbeatable - the beach, old town, and all the best restaurants and shops are in a walkable distance. Despite being so close to everything, it was wonderfully quiet at night, allowing for a restful sleep. The host was outstanding—very friendly, responsive, and helpful throughout my stay. Check-in and check-out were seamless, and the communication was quick and easy. Overall, it was a flawless experience, and I highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Budva. I’ll definitely stay here again next time I’m in town!

Все було чудово. Чудова квартира, доволі зручна, чиста і приємна постіль, достатньо рушників, посуду. На наше здивування був пляжний зонт, два стільця та маска для плавання. Чудовий господар який завжди на зв’язку.

Михайло добре зустрів нас. Квартира була нова, чиста. Гарний ремонт. Вид на море і гори з балкону. До пляжу пішки 7 хвилин пішки. Все чудово, рекомендую!

Najbolji apartman koji smo do sad nasli na airbnb-u. Cisto, prelepo, pogled na more sa jedne i sa druge terase. Ne moze bit bolje. Obavezno opet dolazimo.

We booked Larysa’s place for a 2 month stay for both work and leisure purposes. The apartment was very spacious and well equipped with everything you could possibly need. It had a large terrace wonderful for relaxing and the location was amazing! A 5 minute walk to the beach in Przno and a market just down the road. Larysa was very nice and accommodating. A wonderful stay overall!

Мы провели неделю в этой уютной квартире и остались очень довольны. Путешествовали с двумя собаками и кошками, и очень благодарны хозяйке, что она нас приняла. Квартира небольшая, но в ней есть всё, что нужно. Кухня и санузел чистые, а в спальне удобная кровать шириной 140 см. Места немного, но нам было комфортно. Квартира в маленьком доме с отдельным входом и террасой, где мы часто завтракали и отдыхали с нашими питомцами. Интернет был не самый быстрый, но фильмы смотреть можно было без проблем. Хозяйка — просто чудо! Она говорит на нескольких языках, в том числе на русском, встретила нас, всё показала и рассказала. Было очень приятно найти на кухне вино и фрукты в подарок. Парковка рядом с домом — очень удобно. Это отличное место для путешествий с животными! В Петроваце есть два парка с дорожками, которые ведут к пляжам — отличное место для прогулок с собаками. Рядом с квартирой также есть пекарня, рынок, магазины и рестораны. Нам всё очень понравилось!

Smeštaj je idealan za one koji žele mir, a da je ujedno sve dostupno u blizini kada žele u izlazak. Po meni jedna od najlepših plaža u Crnoj Gori je na 7 minuta laganog hoda. Domaćini su ljubazni, a ono što je napisano da dobijate, to i dobijete.

We had such great time in Angela and Luka’s place! Their warm welcome, being SO helpful - in this little heaven, surrounded by giant garden, animals, and the breathtaking landscape - where you can relax in the hot tub - or next to the fireplace - they offer you special experience, 10 min from Rijeka Crnojevića Bridge - and the beautiful view point Pavlova Strana - and lake Skadar. The house itself is well equipped - we were on a couple vacation - but it’s big enough for families. This is just what we looked for! If you want to escape the city - this is your place! Don’t miss their great wines! Can’t wait to the next time!

Eine sehr schöne Unterkunft, traumhafter Ausblick, alles in allem einfach super! Wir waren sehr zufrieden und können es nur weiter empfehlen. Die Unterkunft ist mit dem Auto schnell zu erreichen und von dort hat man den wohl schönsten Ausblick auf das Meer und die Altstadt.

Wir waren zu dritt in Stefan‘s Wohnung und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Stefans Verwandte wohnen in dem Haus und haben für einen schönen Aufenthalt gesorgt- inklusive einer Flasche Wein und leckeren Pfirsichen. Es war wunderbar ruhig und der Strand zu Fuß nur ein paar Minuten entfernt. Gerne wieder!

I loved my week's stay here. The house contained everything I needed and felt like a home from home. The view straight out to the sea is stunning and the location is ideal. There are plenty of restaurants and cafes plus a great supermarket within a few mins walking distance. Tijana couldn't have been more responsive or helpful. A superb host!

Elenas place was remarkable with great views and great surroundings. The stay was great and Elena was very quick to respond to every query, the pool and gardens were very relaxing. The villa is accessible to everything by car, good selections of restaurants, bars and shops and beaches all within 5 mins drive. Can’t fault it

Het is een prachtig huis op een zeer mooie locatie. Zwembad was eind mei nog erg koud. Veel kouder dan andere locaties. Uitzicht is fenomenaal. Ruimte is goed. Klein minpuntje was de geur in de hoofd badkamer. Bleef een riool lucht hangen. Dit is uiteraard op te lossen.

Wir hatten mit 5 Personen einen tollen Aufenthalt. Die Schlafzimmer im Obergeschoss sind nicht voneinander getrennt, bedeutet wer damit um kann ist hier genau richtig. Für uns hat das keine Rolle gespielt und war somit sehr angenehm. Die Lage der Villa ist schön und ruhig. Ich denke hier wird sich aber auch noch einiges nach vorne entwickeln in Zukunft. Die Unterkunft war sauber und hatte alles was man für ein schönen Aufenthalt benötigt. Der Pool und die Aussicht waren die Highlights. Ein Auto ist ein muss in dieser Umgebung. Alles ist super einfach mit dem Auto zu erreichen. In Budva gibt es zahlreiche Aktivitäten und Möglichkeiten etwas zu unternehmen. Im gesamten sind wir super zufrieden mit dem Aufenthalt und vor allem auch mit Sandra. Eine sehr hilfreiche und liebe Gastgeberin. Bei Gelegenheit würden wir mit Sicherheit diese Unterkunft erneut buchen! Vielen Dank

We had a wonderful stay at this place! The location is absolutely perfect — just a short walk from the beach, restaurants, and the old town, yet in a quiet and peaceful area. One of the highlights was definitely the view — every room had a stunning view, and stepping out onto the balcony felt like a dream. We enjoyed every moment watching the scenery from there. The apartment was clean, cozy, and equipped with everything you might need — from kitchen tools to fresh towels. It felt like home. Another big plus was the private parking space. Parking can be a challenge in Budva, so having a free and dedicated parking spot was a huge bonus. What made our stay even more enjoyable was the host’s kindness and attentiveness. Communication was smooth and friendly from start to finish. Thank you for making our Budva trip so special. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

Darko’s place was perfect. Basically in the center of everything, while being tucked away for some peace and privacy when there. The place itself was spacious and clean. And the host was very responsive and friendly. Overall highly recommended!

Die Küche ist vollständig ausgestattet und verfügt sogar über eine Dolce Gusto Kaffeemaschine. Ein nicht erwähntes Highlight ist der direkte Blick auf die malerische Adria-Insel St. Stefan, ein Fischerdorf aus dem 15. Jahrhundert. Auch der Blick auf das majestätische Lovćen-Gebirge ist beeindruckend. Die perfekte Lage eröffnet einen atemberaubenden Ausblick auf das Meer und die Bucht. Selbst bei schlechtem Wetter gibt es viel zu genießen: Ein wunderschöner Swimmingpool sowie ein Spa-Bereich mit Sauna, Hamam und Jacuzzi laden zum Entspannen ein. Der gut ausgestattete Fitnessraum rundet das Angebot ab. Aufgrund der steilen Topographie empfiehlt es sich, ein Fahrzeug zu mieten. Das freundliche Personal der Anlage steht bei allen Anliegen gerne zur Seite. Absolute Weiterempfehlung!

The apartment was perfect for a long stay in Budva. Right across the street is a mall with a well-stocked supermarket and pharmacy, there are plenty of other shops and cafes nearby, and an HDL hypermarket just up the street. The location on the top floor in the corner is ideal, the apartment gets plenty of sun and stays quiet. Nikola provided plenty of essentials like detergent, soap, etc. and was very easy to communicate with.

Bardzo fajne miejsce, w 100% zgodne z opisem, gospodarz bardzo dba o klientów, odpowiedzi na wiadomości i pytania dot. różnych kwestii w tempie expresowym o różnych porach dnia, a transport jaki można zamówić w dobrych cenach i od ręki w różne miejsca. Bardzo polecam na mile spędzony czas w przepięknej Czarnogórze.

Great host! Sanja was so helpful and very communicative. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend a stay here. The apartment was well equipped and immaculate. Thank you so much for having us. A car is a must with young children though. It is on a very steep hill.

L'appartement est très bien placé, proche de la gare, de la vieille ville et de la plage. Plusieurs restaurants et supermarchés à proximité. L'appartement était très propre et très fonctionnel, petit plus pour le balcon avec vue sur les montagnes. Milos à été très pro, aidant et rapide pour répondre à mes questions.

The spacious apartment is excellent with the most amazing view over Budva. It was a great location for a short break within an easy 10min walk of the old town. It is set on a short steep hill which wasn’t a problem for us. The first floor apartment overlooks a lovely pool. I highly recommend this apartment for a small group of guests. You will not be disappointed.

Ksenija was very, very hospitable! She provided us a warm welcome and was willing to help us immediately and to answer our questions. The space was great! It is next to a Hypermarket, which was very practical. It had nice views, too. It felt private.
