Vacation rentals with a patio in Budva

L’appartamento era esattamente come indicato nelle foto! Natasa ci ha dato tutte le indicazioni necessarie per aiutarci nell’arrivo, e una volta arrivati abbiamo avuto la possibilità di parcheggiare la nostra macchina. La casa era fornita di tutto quello che potesse essere utile (caffè, te, bevande fresche di benvenuto, sapone per lavatrice e lavastoviglie, bagnodoccia…). Quello che più ci è piaciuto è stata senz’ombra di dubbio la vista dalla terrazza, probabilmente la più bella che abbiamo visto a Kotor

Sunulan oda resimdekiler ile birebir aynıydı. Odanın 9.katta olması güzel bir şehir manzarası sunuyordu, konumu şehir merkezinde ve Old Town'a oldukça yakındı. Tek problem ücretsiz otopark olmaması nedeniyle günlük 20 euro otopark ücreti ödemek durumunda kalmamızdı. Atakan Bey'in ev sahipliğinden memnun kaldık, teşekkür ederiz

Un mot pour qualifier notre séjour: PARFAIT ! Elena a été une hôte parfaite, toujours disponible et à l’écoute en cas de besoin, elle a été très gentille et attentionnée ! Le logement est parfait, il est super propre et correspond parfaitement à la description, La villa est très agréable, la piscine est magnifique et l’environnement est calme, Un grand merci à Elena pour son accueil, nous reviendrons chez elle avec grand plaisir lors de nos prochains séjours au Monténégro

התארחנו בדירה מהממת שמושלמת לשהייה ארוכה. הדירה מאובזרת ברמה גבוהה מאוד – במטבח יש פשוט הכול, עד הפריט האחרון. מרגישים שחשבו על כל פרט. החדרים מרווחים, מעוצבים בטוב טעם ונוחים מאוד. הכל חדש ונקי, ויש גם מתחם חיצוני ענק עם אזור ברביקיו ופינות ישיבה שפשוט תענוג לבלות בהן – שקט, ירוק, רגוע. החיסרון היחיד הוא המיקום – הדרך לדירה כוללת כביש מפותל, ואם אתם פחות מנוסים בנהיגה הררית זה משהו שצריך לקחת בחשבון. עם זאת, יש חניה פרטית ונוחה צמודה לדירה. לסיכום – חוויה נהדרת! מקום מושלם למי שמחפש שקט, נוחות ואירוח מושקע באמת.

Bardzo miłe miejsce. Ciche a zarazem usytuowane blisko serca starego miasta. Wyposażone we wszystko co potrzeba. Gospodyni bardzo pomocna i sympatyczna. Polecam to miejsce na wakacje.

We loved our stay at Marija's place! Absolutely beautiful accomodation, with a great kitchen set up with everything we needed including a little stove! The view of the surroundings mountains and lake was just divine and we loved using the outdoor areas! The staff were all so friendly and welcoming and we really enjoyed our stay, would highly recommend! Lots of lovely restaurants to walk to along the lake too (:

I highly recommend this place and Ivana. The apartment is very well equipped - nothing was missing in the kitchen or bathroom. Additionally, Ivana baked a cake for us and put beer in the fridge - it was a very nice welcome upon arrival. The most beautiful view is from the balcony - exactly as in the picture and probably even better. The location is perfect - in the very center of this small charming town, a wonderful promenade to Sveti Stefan and Queen's Beach - our number 1. The beach is quiet, without crowds. Very important - mattresses in the beds are hard and comfortable, that was the basis. Ivana was very helpful, she responded quickly and fulfilled our requests. If I am ever in Montenegro, only there!

Logement vraiment très beau !!! Vue imprenable sur les bouches de kotor. Environnement paisible idéal pour se reposer. Hôtes vraiment très accueillant merci à Milena et à son mari pour leur gentillesse ! Si nous revenons au Monténégro nous reviendrons à coup sur !!

Wir wurden sehr herzlich von Markos Vater empfangen. Ein sehr lieber und netter Mann. Die Unterkunft liegt in ruhiger Umgebung und dennoch ist alles (Supermarkt, Restaurants, Kotor) super zu erreichen (wenige Minuten). Für einen Kurztrip ist alles was man benötigt vorhanden.

I booked the house for my parents and their friends, à group of five. The house is big and comfort, have everything may need during the stay. It is in a relatively more quiet area but you may easy access to popular spots with less than 30 min drive. There is also ferry access allows you to get to Budva and Tivat easier. It’s a good stay to explore Montenegro

We were guests at Jas’ apartment as a family of four with two younger children. The apartment was very clean and offers a lot of space. It is located in a quiet area, which offers a very good starting point for exploring the fjord, the mountains in the surrounding area or the touristy very interesting places Kotor and Budvar! Despite the still early time in the year (end of April) and on average about 20 degrees Celsius, the sun was very warm and our children were in the well-kept pool every day. Overall the accommodation was modern, clean and well maintained. Jas, the host, communicated very friendly and proactive, was quickly available for questions and gave precise descriptions for the arrival and for orientation in the apartment. In general, a lot was thought of from the perspective of the guests: there was a lot of wood ready for the fireplace, neighbour Rosa welcomed us friendly and there were enough towels and other basics for the first days in the apartment. Highly recommend!

Die Unterkunft von Snijezana war einfach traumhaft. Das große, grüne Grundstück mit top Ausblick und außen Whirlpool laden zum erholen und entspannen ein. Die Kommunikation mit Snijezana war sehr einfach und freundlich. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber. Sowohl Snijezana als auch ihr Sohn Tripo waren super hilfsbereit.

If you're looking for a stunning view of Budva this place is for you. We never imagined how beautiful this place would be and we hope to come back in the future!

It’s my second time there, great again!

We had an amazing stay at Radmila and her family's place. We couldn't have asked for a better host. She was welcoming and caring from the get go. Making sure we felt right at home and insisted that we do not hesitate to ask her if we have any questions or concerns. She gave us recommendations about things to do and how we would best visit the old town in Kotor by car, where to park etc. The beds were comfortable with air conditioning in every room. Plenty of towels available for a group of five. Coffee capsules was provided which was very appreciated. The shower pressure was great. The view from the apartment is amazing. I don't think I've ever had such a beautiful view before. The apartment overlooks the Kotor bay and makes you pinch yourself as if it's not real. Note that a car is ideal for this location as it's higher up in the mountain and around a 5-10 minute drive to the main city of Kotor. Overall I would recommend this place to anyone and I give it a 10/10.

Super beau logement. Location très bien pour se promener entre Perast et facilement accessible pour se rendre à Kotor. Un petit peu bruyant à l’extérieur avec les voiture, mais la magnifique vue fait oublier les petits bruits. Satisfaite de ce logement, je recommande!

Nikola’ya misafirperverliği için çok teşekkür ederiz. Evden oldukça menün kaldık. Çok romantik bir ev manzarası mükemmel, konumu çok iyiydi. Evde her şey düşünülmüş hiçbir eksik yoktu. Özellikle evin terasına bayıldık ve orada çok zaman geçirdik. Herkese tavsiye ediyorum

Diese außergewöhnliche Unterkunft von Marvin bietet eine luxuriöse Ausstattung, die die Erwartungen bei weitem übertrifft – insbesondere was den Panorama-Blick betrifft. Die Küche ist vollständig ausgestattet und verfügt sogar über eine Dolce Gusto Kaffeemaschine. Ein nicht erwähntes Highlight ist der direkte Blick auf die malerische Adria-Insel St. Stefan, ein Fischerdorf aus dem 15. Jahrhundert. Auch der Blick auf das majestätische Lovćen-Gebirge ist beeindruckend. Die perfekte Lage eröffnet einen atemberaubenden Ausblick auf das Meer und die Bucht. Selbst bei schlechtem Wetter gibt es viel zu genießen: Ein wunderschöner Swimmingpool sowie ein Spa-Bereich mit Sauna, Hamam und Jacuzzi laden zum Entspannen ein. Der gut ausgestattete Fitnessraum rundet das Angebot ab. Aufgrund der steilen Topographie empfiehlt es sich, ein Fahrzeug zu mieten. Das freundliche Personal der Anlage steht bei allen Anliegen gerne zur Seite. Absolute Weiterempfehlung!

Really good stay at the apartments! The few from the front rooms is stunning. Easily walkable into Tivat, near bars and restaurants and a really peaceful spot. Modern flat with decent finishes. Thanks Antonio

Bardzo fajne miejsce, w 100% zgodne z opisem, gospodarz bardzo dba o klientów, odpowiedzi na wiadomości i pytania dot. różnych kwestii w tempie expresowym o różnych porach dnia, a transport jaki można zamówić w dobrych cenach i od ręki w różne miejsca. Bardzo polecam na mile spędzony czas w przepięknej Czarnogórze.

Der Aufenthalt war sehr schön! Der Ausblick vom Balkon ist bezaubernd. Generell haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Einzig die Schnelligkeit des WIFIs könnte verbessert werden

Great host! Sanja was so helpful and very communicative. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend a stay here. The apartment was well equipped and immaculate. Thank you so much for having us. A car is a must with young children though. It is on a very steep hill.

L'appartement est très bien placé, proche de la gare, de la vieille ville et de la plage. Plusieurs restaurants et supermarchés à proximité. L'appartement était très propre et très fonctionnel, petit plus pour le balcon avec vue sur les montagnes. Milos à été très pro, aidant et rapide pour répondre à mes questions.
