Welcome breakfast hamper on arrival, towels, linen, fresh coffee, tea and biscuits. The kitchenette has a microwave, mini-oven and grill, fridge freezer, toaster, cutlery, china, tea towels, teapot, glasses, fast wifi. The bathroom has underfloor heating and rain shower...lovely.

'Western Way' is a beautiful , 1 bedroom apartment. Just 2 minutes walk to the sandy beach of Exmouth and the start of the world famous Jurassic Coast Path. Parking, sea views and a small courtyard. It has a well equipped kitchen and washing machine. The town centre is a mile away with plenty of shops and restaurants and Exmouth offers a wide variety of activities, such as kitesurfing, sailing, kayaking, paddleboarding , hikings, mountain biking and rowing, endless hours of fun.

**No Cleaning Fees** A delightful completely self-contained bijou little flatlet which is ideal for exploring Exmouth and East Devon. Perfectly located for access to the Exe Trail which provides a scenic bike ride or walk for example to Lympstone where there are some lovely restaurants and pubs to go to. A 6 minute drive to Exmouth seafront or a 30 minute walk and about 4 minute drive or 20 minute walk into the main town centre. Local supermarket is only about 300 metres away.

Dominic was very helpful and checked all was ok after our arrival. He supplied information on the local area. The cottage was beautifully decorated, roomy and did not feel cramped even with 3 adults, 3 children and a dog! There was milk and teabags to get us started and it was lovely to be able to make a cuppa, on arrival, after our long journey before heading out for our supplies! Having a utility room was a bonus with 3 young children! I have limited mobility and did find the step into the porch difficult but access through another door (into a bedroom) was much easier. There was a ramp which could be used on the main entrance but we didn't try that. We had a wonderful stay at Cosy Cottage and would definitely like to return! Thank you, Dominic Elaine and family

My son who is 10yrs and I stayed at The Loft for two nights and as well as it was a perfect location for visiting family, it was the perfect homely accommodation too. The Loft was immaculate, and had everything that we needed for our stay. Karen was warm and friendly even accommodating my son's request to fuss her dog, Winnie 😆.....who was super cute & friendly ☺️ Overall I have no complaints, it was nice to even have a garden to use, we just didn't stay long enough to do that!! Maybe next time. Thankyou Karen for a lovely stay ⭐

Loved our stay at Spinning Wheel Cottage. What a find!! Beautiful place, lovely garden and the cottage was bigger than we expected. From the moment we walked in we were overwhelmed with how fantastic it was.

We spent 4 nights at Lee Ford. We enjoyed every minute! The studio is comfortable and welcoming - easily big enough for the two of us. The estate setting is beautiful, especially Heleen’s garden which we were able to walk round on an evening. Heleen and her co-host were very helpful but without being intrusive. We enjoyed freshly picked asparagus, tender stem broccoli and strawberries. There were cut flowers in the studio . The local area has a variety of activities to offer and there are walks from the doorstep. We hope to visit again.

Gemma was such a lovely host. Easy to communicate with, the space was bright, beautiful and there was everything we needed. Quick walk into town or the beach. Would totally recommend and would stay again in a heartbeat!
