Vacation rentals with a patio in Budapest

The whole process was seamless. Checked in easily. Apartment location is excellent; access to bus, metro and trams within minutes walk. (Get a 72 hour travel pass from machine or Budapest Go app!). We also walked into the touristy area in less than 30 minutes. On evenings when we didn't want to go far, the main drag Bartok Bela has lots of cool little bars, gelateria and restaurants. There is massive covered market 5 mins away if you want fresh produce. It also has a food court for eating in or taking away. Enjoy Budapest! We did!

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment! The location was perfect—easily accessible by public transit, making it convenient to explore Budapest. We especially loved the private rooftop patio, which was a great place to relax. The apartment had everything we needed to feel comfortable and at home. The host provided excellent recommendations for local restaurants and attractions, and each one we tried was fantastic. Highly recommend!

Overall, it was a very satisfying stay! I was really grateful that the host allowed me to check in early, so I had some time to spare, and that he responded to my feedback very quickly and kindly. But the most impressive thing was that **“The location was really, really good”**! It was located in the center of Budapest, so I was able to walk to all the tourist attractions, restaurants, public transportation, and shopping. If you're traveling to Budapest, I don't think there's a place as perfect as this location. It's the best location! However, one thing that was disappointing was the cleanliness. It would be nice if you paid a little more attention to the fact that there was a little grease and debris around the washing machine detergent inlet and kitchen sink. Nevertheless, thanks to the good accommodation, I was able to have a very comfortable and enjoyable time in Budapest. Thank you!

A gem of a place, perfect for a couple. Secure, up on the 6th floor with an efficient lift. The studio itself, well up to expectations, spotlessly clean, new Ikea furniture and fittings - and very well equipped. Very close to main tram routes 4 and 6 yet distant enough that we did not hear the racket. A Lidl nearby, approx. 8 minutes walk. Restaurants , mainly pizza and burgers though.

Andras was nothing short of amazing. He replied to messages so quickly and always had suggestions for us. We received a list of things to do in the city most of which, were amazing. Do check out his macaron suggestion if you have to time. It will not disappoint! Furthermore, the appartment was beautifully clean, had all the basics in house like pepper, salt, sugar, toiletries etc. And the view with central location makes this appartment great when you want to explore the city. The public transport is litteraly across the street and you can get to all the famous sights within 10 minutes by tram or bus.

Julian and Sophie’s cottage was nothing short of perfect. We had an amazing stay at this beautiful cottage. It’s set in a very peaceful and green location, offering a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle yet still conveniently close to the city centre. The amenities were top-notch and everything was thoughtfully arranged for comfort and convenience. What stood out most was the hospitality, Julian and Sophie were incredibly helpful, responsive, and flexible with check-in and checkout times, which made the whole experience even more relaxing. If you’re looking for a private retreat with easy access to urban conveniences, I’d highly recommend this place. I couldn’t have asked for a better stay!

We had a very pleasant week at Joszef's house. The photos do not do justice to the place which is very spacious, comfortable with large rooms (living room, bedrooms, bathrooms). The bedding is of very good quality. The garden is well maintained and perfectly fenced, which is a real plus for our dogs. The neighborhood is quiet and residential. Very convenient when you have your own car because it can be parked in the garden. Thank you.

The host is very friendly and helpful. The house looks even better live than in the pictures. We felt really good, relaxed, we had all the comfort we needed and moore. The price it’s really correct, I would say even that you get moore than what you pay for. We felt ourselves like home, really warm place and for us this is very important. So in 3 words: « We love ❤️ it » Thank you very much for the nice and warm feeling that you gave us when receiving us as well as during our stay.

The property offers a tranquil and peaceful atmosphere, providing a comfortable and welcoming environment. The spacious house is ideally suited for families with children. Weiyi, the host, is exceptionally friendly and attentive, providing prompt responses and demonstrating genuine care for her guests. My family, including my wife, father, and young daughters, thoroughly enjoyed their stay and would gladly return during future visits to Budapest.

We had a wonderful stay! The host was always in touch and responded quickly to any questions we had during check-in and our stay. He also took the time to tell us about the house and its interior, which was both interesting and helpful. The Wi-Fi connection was fast and stable, the beds were very comfortable, and the kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. One of the highlights was the barbecue — we mentioned we wanted to cook outside, and the host kindly provided his personal grill along with everything we needed (charcoal, a gas lighter, and more). It made us feel truly at home, like we were visiting an old friend. The house is located right next to a forest, so you may occasionally notice insects around. However, the host pays great attention to cleanliness and comfort, so we were barely bothered by them during our stay. Thank you again for your hospitality and for such a cozy and welcoming place. We’d love to come back again!

Most amazing place to stay, we will be back! The hot tub and sauna were totally amazing. It's clear that the host have put in a lot of effort and love into the property.

The apartment is absolutely superb. Modern, clean and well appointed. Having a washing machine and dishwasher makes a huge difference on a longer stay and the rooftop pool is a great amenities with excellent views of the nearby opera house. A large tv with Netflix meant everyone could relax in the evening after sightseeing all day. Géza and Márta were in touch offering recommendations and their check-in videos made arrival really easy.

CUKI, DOWNTOWN Y WITH CHOCOLATE! What more could you ask for? We arrived and the first thing we thought was, “This is a 10/10 in every way!” New, clean, modern apartment with a brutal location in the heart of downtown Budapest. But what stole our heart was the detail: some welcome chocolate bars. Patricia, the host, a total charm. Super attentive and attentive to everything we could need. Thank you Patricia! The apartment has it ALL: Dryer, coffee maker (with coffee included, obvious), pots, pans, air, heating, terrace… until it seemed like if you said “I fancy a tea” I was ready in the kitchen! The only mini but? At 7:30 AM some neighbors began to do works and stones fell from the upstairs floor (yes, as you read it, stones!). But that was the fault of urban karma, not the accommodation. Conclusion: We will return to Budapest and if there is room… we book here again with our eyes closed! Ideal place for sightseeing, lounging and feeling

What an amazing space in the perfect location. We were able to walk to all the places we wanted to see. The patio space is wonderful and very peaceful overlooking the courtyard-hard to believe you are in the busy city! Would highly recommend this apartment for your stay in Budapest.

Absolutely enjoyed our time at this wonderful place! It was comfortable, cozy and inviting - not to mention very clean and tidy. Communication with the host was easy, quick and always friendly. The location was also amazing since it’s only 5 minutes away from the nearest metro and tram stations - and the incredible view of the Parliament building. Will definitely stay at her place again, if we’re back in Budapest. Highly recommend.

We had a fantastic stay at this apartmen. The location couldn’t have been better — just a few steps from the supermarket and with the beautiful Castle District right on your doorstep.
