We had a great stay here! Christina was really friendly making us feel right at home. She gave us some local recommendations and allowed us to come and go with zero hassle. The surroundings are stunning and we could have sat by the window all day. Great walking near by. Beach is a drive able day trip too.

Chris & Sally are so friendly and helpful such a lovely couple and extremely welcoming …the accommodation was very luxurious and everything we needed for our stay the fridge was even stocked up with essentials so we didn’t have to go shopping when we arrived!! They went over and beyond to make us feel comfortable…absolutely amazing views…We shall have no hesitation in recommending this AirB&B to friends and family…one of the best ones we’ve stayed at!! Great location and beautiful flat. We took our 1 year old with us and it was perfectly suited to him toddling around too. Very clean and modern interior. Would highly recommend!

the flat was very roomy, light and airy. clean and fresh when we got there. parking was very easy and convenient for the house. had some concerns about the steps up to the flat but it was no problem - less steps than I had thought. Emma was quick to respond to queries 11.00 am checkout is useful - many places want you out earlier. Would be happy to use again

A fantastic short stay at a lovely apartment, with a beautiful view to wake up to or enjoy a sundowner with before heading out to dinner. We really enjoyed our stay and took advantage of some of Freya’s recommendations re food and shopping. Freya answers our quirked quickly and was always lovely to communicate with. Splendour House was just what we expected for an extended family holiday in Paignton. All facilities were available which was good as the weather was not what we’d hoped for. Tom is a great host and would recommend Splendour House to large families for its location and enclosed back garden. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks Tom & Co.

We had a lovely time away. Alison and Craig are amazing hosts, very helpful, we appreciated all the recommendations. They make sure everything is up to your standards and want you to feel at home, which we really did. This beautiful place has all the facilities you need. The view is breathtaking and the bbq is a perfect touch. We enjoyed drinks at the local pub with the view of the beach, the beach is lovely and peaceful. The food and cocktails at the local restaurant are also amazing!

Lovely little base to come back to in the evening. Good location for exploring Devon. Tucked away so you don't feel overlooked. Appreciated the mini fridge and microwave. Comfy bed. Enjoyed watching the birds & dragonflies in the garden. Nice people. Easy parking. Excellent value for money.

We had a fab stay with our Whippet. Home was as described and communication was great. Had the pleasure of meeting Phil during our stay and enjoyed talking to him about the conversion. BBQ was a bonus, very secure garden (in our opinion) and we felt right at home once we got there. Would absolutely stay again - thanks!

Extremely warm welcome from the lovely hosts to their beautiful and immaculately kept home with loving attention to every detail. Though we went over New Year with miserable/stormy weather the Boathouse was cosy and the sheltered wood burning hot tub was a must, perfect in all weathers. Drinking coffee early morning by the river’s edge was serene. Would highly recommend for a getaway.

A very beautiful modern, spacious and comfortable apartment. It has everything you could need. It’s within easy walking distance to both city centre and the lovely Hoe and the Barbican area. Check in instructions were easy and nice having the underground garage parking space. The lift was an added bonus as was the balcony the full length of the apartment with sliding doors from both bedrooms and lounge. James was super helpful and very responsive. Had an absolutely fantastic stay and highly recommend this apartment and am hoping to return.

We stayed at The ApARTment for 4 nights and loved our stay. We were a group of 4 adults and had plenty of space. The setting is beautiful, with great views from the living space of the surrounding hills, down into Dartmouth, and across to Kingswear. You could happily sit and stare at the view for hours! Simon and Theresa were brilliant hosts. Theresa was very communicative via messages and really welcoming when we arrived. Simon had some good recommendations for places to eat. Both were really friendly and relaxed when we bumped into them. All amenities are as listed and we had no problems self catering. The kitchen had everything we needed. The furnishings are comfortable and the whole place was immaculately clean. Finished with an artistic touch, including some of Simon's own work, the decoration is fantastic! It was walkable to Dartmouth for those that dont mind some hills! We wouldnt hesitate to book again, and I'd recommend The ApARTment to anyone.

A beautiful apartment just a short walk away from the centre of Torquay. Dean was very helpful. I would happily stay here again.

We would highly recommend a staying here for either a short stay or long one. Close to the harbour and you don't need a car to get around the town. The cottage is so cosy and comfortable and you have everything you need here. Rebecca is an awesome host and responded to any questions very quickly. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. Beautiful apartment with stunning views. brand new bathroom with walk in shower and lovely Neal's Yard products which smell amazing. Welcome pack of food goodies including milk, butter, croissants cheese, jam, marmalade and a bowl full of fresh fruit. Couldn't have asked more from our hosts Lynne and Neal. Gregor’s place was perfect for our stay in south Devon. Comfortable and everything we needed as a family. The boys loved the swing in the garden and the snakes and ladders. It was close to some beautiful beaches and the nearby newton ferrers and Noss mayo were pretty. Recommend the green deli cafe! And the ship inn.

We've stayed at many Airbnb's but have to say Luke's place was one of the best. Quiet surroundings, an easy walk into town and a beautiful, scented garden to enjoy your coffee (machine supplied). In fact, Luke's place had everything you'd need for a perfect beach holiday. Prosecco and cream tea much appreciated. Would definitely stay again.
