We spent a wonderful week at Karine’s house - beautiful, large downstairs space for all the family to enjoy and picturesque garden for the kids to run about it in. Easy to get to Dinan as well as St Malo for day trips.

Great place that I would highly recommend for a getaway and a quiet break in the countryside! Comfortable cottage, very well-equipped, ideally located with a beautiful setting/environment. Responsive, friendly and discreet hosts! Great value for money! Thank you for this trip!

The whole family had a pleasant time as well as our dog with this beautiful landscaped garden. Françoise is very pleasant and responsive at the same time when you need her! Wow what a beautiful place! It was exactly what we were hoping for and made for a very peaceful family holiday. Bertrand was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. He has two folders available in the cottage which are packed with information and things to do and see. However the grounds are so beautiful that you could easily just stay there and go for walks, trips out on the lake or swim in the pool. The cottage itself is spacious, clean and in great condition. We would highly recommend this cottage.

Small house, very pleasant and functional, well-equipped, and above all ideally located on the edge of Vilaine. For nature lovers like me, looking for calm, it's perfect! The area is superb, there are plenty of walks to do, and communication with Fabienne was impeccable. I highly recommend Fabienne's rental, and thank her for the great stay! Olivier

We stayed at this listing for a weekend for a CrossFit competition. Even though we couldn't fully enjoy all the services, the setting really charmed us. The place is peaceful, surrounded by greenery, with a beautiful view of a pond… and even sheep right next door, which added a bucolic and pleasant touch to our stay. The accommodation was clean, comfortable and perfectly suited for our evenings and nights after busy days. A big thank you to the hosts for their hospitality, we'll be happy to come back for a longer stay!

Excellent stay in a brand new apartment with comfortable mezzanine, in a very quiet and relaxing environment close to the city of Rennes. A beautiful experience with Anne, a host like no other! :) really welcoming. We got along more than well.

We were hosted very well by Alexandra's companion after a trying day of cycling. He even drove us to the supermarket so we could have dinner quietly in the apartment. thank you to the whole family everything was perfect

We had a nice stay at this place, basic necessities, it's a very good idea especially if the person traveling has nothing planned. Everything is exactly as shown in the photos, it's clean, quiet, well located, not too far from the city center by car. Instructions are clear, the owner is available by message. Unfortunately, I was sick at the end of the stay and I couldn't do the end-of-stay cleaning as I wanted. If we go back to Rennes, we'll come back to this place.

We had a pleasant stay Functional house. Well-fitted and equipped. Easy to park. The setting is pleasant and very quiet. The house is well located a few minutes' walk from a listed village. The owner is very responsive and spucious of the property are his hosts. recommend it in a second .

Beautiful setting, peaceful and quiet. Lots of space both inside and out. Decor was quirky and whimsical. So nice to walk around the lake and into town for baked goods and groceries. We enjoyed our stay very much!

Totally top this place. Charming breton house, beautiful tranquil garden,the cottage is on a road but very little traffic passes by it.,we have not been bothered by it,hiking routes close to us and the restaurant Le Crepiou have delicious meals. Warm welcome from Chantal with a welcome Easter basket, small cottage but everything is there! Very clean,Kitchen well equipped,bbq and jacuzzi was a plus...thank you for your hospitality.

A haven of peace and serenity to rest by the pond and stove. The materials used for the renovation of the building are noble which brings a lot of warmth to this house. The house was perfectly clean, equipped. Émilie's welcome was perfect. The bedding is very good, the calm of the environment allows you to rest. Thank you!
