Tranquility assured: quiet at the end of a cul-de-sac, it is however close to public transport (200 m from the bus to Rennes), the Ker Lann campus and the expo center is 10 minutes away and Rennes city center is 20 minutes away. Shops are a 10-minute walk away. Perfect place for couples, solo travelers and business travelers.

Separate bedroom, 140x190 cm bed, dressing room. Kitchen equipped with a kitchenette with sink, ceramic hobs, microwave, fridge, Senseo coffee maker, kettle and TV. Bathroom with sink and shower. Separate toilet. Unsuitable for guests with disabilities.
