There was a parking space, and the host lived right next door and it was so nice to communicate. Very friendly, no noise, and the accommodation was so pleasant and nice. If I go to Hvar again, I want to visit again. The accommodation is really well-maintained. Toilets, bedrooms, and kitchens!!

Right in the heart of Hvar. Some stairs though so beware. But perfectly placed. Surrounded by restaurants and shops.

Quiet accommodation in a beautiful residence. 10-15 minutes from the city center.

The view from the balcony REALLY makes this place special. The entire harbor at your doorstep. Beds are very comfortable - firm mattresses - and plenty of hot water. We met the owner (and her daughter) a few times, they were very nice and helpful, as was the rental agent who met us at the door when we arrived and immediately took care of the few little questions and needs we had. Since many people have written about it: the kitchen is an odd setup in that it’s across a very narrow outdoor corridor but we used it all the time for breakfast and dinner, it was completely private and well equipped, and were even able to build a fire in it on our one very unusual cold and rainy night. We stayed a week. A lovely eccentric place, highly recommend.

Such a beautiful property! The views from the balcony are worth the steep climb to get there. Frane was extremely helpful and responsive prior to check in and even left us a portion of her homemade cake! Thank you for the visit. We loved it xx

We were met at the property which was less than a 10 minute walk from the port. The property was well presented with good sized rooms in particular the bathroom and bedroom. The terrace was enormous and the highlight for us. It had an amazing view of the port and the Pakleni Islands. We were walking distance to the main square and many good restaurants. We very much enjoyed our stay at the property.

This is the perfect place to be close you everything but not in the heart of it all. It was a nice walk to the port and we highly recommend Falko for food and wine and to watch the sunset nearby. The hosts were so attentive and answered any questions or requests promptly.

We had a wonderful week in Pisak. Great views of the sea and coast. The bay is directly accessible via a staircase and is fantastically quiet. You have the feeling that everything is prepared with love. The apartment offers everything you need and we felt very comfortable.

Our 4 night stay at Tea's was perfect. Very clean, functional accommodation with beautiful terrace with breathtaking views of the sea and its mountains. Access to a beach 10 min walk and descents of very steep stairs but worth it. Very pretty beach! Parking space just next to the apartment. Tea is a thoughtful, responsive and available host. I highly recommend this place.

Fantastic view from the balcony - better than watching TV! Lovely swimming pool. A steep walk from the beach - but so is everywhere near here!. A great location in a lovely authentic village - all amenties nearby. I'd recommend the local fish restaurant too!!

Ana Maria and her mom were fantastic hosts! Ana Maria welcomed us as if we were family and was always available to recommend restaurants and beaches. The house is just as pictured, quiet and well divided and very close to one of the most beautiful beaches in Bol. Very close to the center of the village and easily reachable on foot. Everything OK. There is realy big grill available for visitors.

First of all, Ivan is the most incredible host I’ve ever met. He picked us up from the ferry just after midnight and helped us with a few things throughout the week. He’s kind, generous and very understanding. The flat is amazing, especially the Seaview with the mountains in the background- spectacular! The nearby beach is stunning. A special man who has an apartment in a special place!

Stop thinking about booking this place and just do it! Right next to Punta Rata and with a beautiful balcony overlooking the ocean. Could not be a better place and Ivica and his wife were wonderful. Absolutely loved our stay!
