Beach house vacation rentals in Brunswick

Had a nice stay at the Sunny Showers cottage. Very good location.. A block and a half to the public beach access, a 6 minute walk to restaurants like to Crab Trap and Barrier Island, and about a 20 minute walk (or very short drive) to downtown St. Simon's and the pier. Be sure to note that you bring your own beach towels here, and also the outdoor patio/parking area is smaller than it looks in photo, and I was barely able to park my truck there. But we would book it again!

This house was perfect for our group of 9! It was clean and had everything we needing for cooking for all of us! It was right by the beach access so made it easy and convenient to walk to the beach. Our host was very fast at responding for anything we needed! We had a slight issue with the washing machine but they had a technician on it immediately. It wasn't anything that could have been controlled just things that happen! The back yard is so nice. very nice sitting area with a fire pit and there was deer that walked right up to the fence and let the kids feed them right out of their hands! Also, it includes a pool pass to Holiday Inn pool, which is also a very nice pool! If we ever make it back to Jekyll we will stay here again!

Wonderful house for a weekend trip to Jekyll island! We especially loved the air conditioned porch and the outdoor shower with warm water. Sam is a very responsive and helpful host. Would absolutely stay again and recommend this house!

Amazing house! Perfect location. We loved staying at Mint Julep! The house and especially the backyard, pool area was so private and relaxing. The screened in porch was great for our afternoon coffee. We loved being able to walk everywhere; dining, shopping, the beach, and entertainment. Jessica was wonderful to work with. We will definitely stay here again. We love St. Simon’s island and the Mint Julep.

This was our second time at Jake's place and it will not be our last. The neighborhood is charming and the beach is a short walk away (and an even faster golf cart ride!). The house is clean and has everything we need. The little backyard is super convenient for our dogs. Highly recommend! Carla and Mike

The only thing remotely close to a complaint that I had was the inability to use the closest beach access point due to some storms flooding it during our stay. Close proximity to the beach was a big part of choosing our BnB and the alternate route to the beach was longer than other possible stays. That being said, we were told about the alternate routes upon arriving and it was super helpful to know them as our access point was inaccessible the whole time. Other than that, every single aspect of the stay was perfect and the price (discounted for our dates) was absolutely incredible for the quality of service, location, and home. Will definitely look to book with Jeffery and Cheryl on our next trip to St. Simon’s!

What an adorable house! It was much bigger than I expected. There was room for everyone, plenty of parking, and the pool was fantastic!

We chose this house on the river for our family trip. We all loved this home! It truly felt like a home away from home! The host is very sweet! Upon check in we had snacks and a hand written note! This home had everything down to q-tips, hair bows, floss picks in every bathroom! It is also pet friendly, the porch and the dock even have gates that could be used for pets or small children! It looked just like the pictures and with the hosts instructions it was easy to find! I would recommend to anyone looking for a river trip! We caught lots of different animals there, and a crab trap was included!

We had a fantastic stay at The Grace Escape! Zach’s place is beautifully designed, spotlessly clean, and incredibly comfortable. Everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The location is perfect, tucked away in a quiet spot but still close to the beach, restaurants, and everything St. Simons has to offer. Thoughtful touches throughout the home made it feel extra welcoming, and Zach was an outstanding host: responsive, friendly, and genuinely committed to making sure our stay was perfect. We’d absolutely return and highly recommend The Grace Escape to anyone visiting the island!

The Peachy Palm was everything as described. There were a lot of restaurants nearby that we were able to walk to along with a park on the coast that was beautiful. The host was very nice and gave clear instructions. They were able to accommodate us last minute due to our other place getting canceled..needless to say it worked out for the best! We will book here again in the future!

We had a wonderful stay! The home was exactly as listed - clean, comfortable, and easy to settle into. Access to the property was seamless, and overall, everything was smooth and enjoyable. Matt was proactive in reaching out before we arrived to ensure we had instructions upfront on entry and access and an immediate way to reach him if needed. Upon arrival, more detailed information/instructions were readily available (which is how we found out there were beach chairs we could borrow! Definitely saved us a trip to the store) and nothing overbearing for checkout - basic courtesy asks. The house had a small collection of books and puzzles that were perfect for relaxing during downtime. Location was ideal - a short drive to the beach, plenty of sidewalks to walk/jog, and lots of restaurants and shops nearby. We’d definitely stay here again!

We had an amazing time! The location was perfect! Quiet but still close to the beach and things to do.

We LOVED Stella’s Retreat! There were so many precious touches that made it feel welcoming - gnome in the closet, family artwork on the walls, children’s paint on the outside table! It really felt like a retreat, but also not somewhere you felt like you had to be on eggshells the entire time. Erin is incredibly responsive. And so sweet! The location is perfect. Two right turns & you have access to a public park with a playground, tennis & basketball courts, & dog park. One more light & you are in the village/pier. Everything as described & so much more! 5 stars for Stella’s Retreat!

The house was perfect. I actually think the photos don’t do it justice. If you’re considering staying here, just go ahead and book it! My family will definitely be returning.

We had a great stay on Jekyll Island. We didn’t get to the beach but enjoyed the pool. We had great bike rides on the islands 18 miles of bike trails. Enjoyed good restaurants and pubs. The unit was clean and met the description in the listing. Carnie was quick to respond positively to all our questions. Dan & Joan

Thank you for such an amazing stay! This was a wonderful beach cottage with beautiful private landscaping and koi pond that made drinking my tea and reading books in the early mornings completely peaceful. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the shower was very nice! It is an easy walk to the beach or downtown for restaurants! This was a perfect get away for our anniversary and I highly recommend this property for anyone wanting a great experience at St. Simons Island.

I had a great stay at Rebecca’s place! She was a very nice and accommodating host—super responsive and easy to communicate with throughout the visit. The house was clean, comfortable, and located in a quiet, pleasant neighborhood. I especially enjoyed the screened-in patio, which was perfect for relaxing in the evenings. The location was also convenient and made getting around easy. Highly recommend staying here if you're in the area!

We enjoyed our stay here, the kitchen/living room area was very spacious and comfortable for 2 people. The kitchen was well-stocked with pots, pans, and other kitchen stuff, nothing was missed! The ice maker in the fridge was very convenient too. We were quite happy with the walkable distance to the beach. There were 2 ways to access the beach, one through the woods and one through a more open field. The house is also about a 20-minute walk away from the area with several well-known restaurants in St. Simon's. The neighborhood is very quiet, perfect for relaxing. Communication was also easy and fast. Thank you!

This house is in an amazing location. Very close to the beach- we chose to drive and there are multiple beach access points within a minute. We also loved walking in the neighborhood and being a 10 minute or less walk from lots of restaurants and a park. The house was a good size for our group of 3 adults and 2 little kids. The beds were very comfortable and we loved the style the house was decorated in. The screened-in porch and backyard are beautiful and would be perfect for hanging out in cooler months.

The home was immaculately clean, beautifully decorated and well equipped with kitchen and bathroom supplies. The backyard was perfect for grilling on the Blackstone and enjoying a drink with the family while the dogs played. The home is nestled in a pretty neighborhood with a dog park close by. It is a short drive to the beach and restaurants (walkable for some). Wendy is highly responsive and went above and beyond to meet our needs. We hope to return to this fabulous property very soon!
