Bagno e doccia molto spaziosi, cucina attrezzata e letti comodi e larghi. Appena usciti vi troverete nel centro storico a cinque minuti a piedi dal lungo lago e dalle piazze principale. Su richiesta forniamo il parcheggio a pagamento di fronte all'appartamento. Spazio tranquillo in posizione centrale.

The renovation of the house was completed in July 2013, all the furnishings and fixtures are new. Elevator is available Breakfast is not available . Elevator is available from the garage to the garden floor . Our neighbor is starting to build a new villa and for about 2 years we will have a crane and workers near the house , very few noise . 50 steps to reach the apartment

Entrambe dotate di tv, wi-fi e riscaldamento a pavimento.Terrazza pubblica in pietra davanti alla casa. La tassa di soggiorno(2,50 € per persona) è esclusa dal prezzo.

the apartment, located on the third floor of a building without a lift, has been completely renovated, the rooms are bright and welcoming. It is located in the city centre a stone's throw from the historic centre and the central San Giovanni station, also the terminus of the main bus lines. The neighbourhood offers all the main services: parking, 24-hour supermarket, pharmacy, restaurants, pizzeria, bar. All the local and tourist attractions can be reached on foot in a few minutes.

Oleandra , è una piccola villa con 3 appartamenti , edificata negli anni 70 e ristrutturata completamente nel 2020 ,è stata studiata per offrire (da ogni appartamento) una vista impagabile del lago con uno spazio sul terrazzo fronte lago all' aperto per godersi una colazione o un pranzo in pieno relax. La strategica posizione tra Como e Bellagio rendo facili le escursioni sul lago . In 20 minuti proseguendo con la macchina sulla strada principale si arriva a 1.000 metri di quota .

Confortevole appartamento, di circa 65 metri, in una casa del ‘700, situata in una tipica stradina del nostro meraviglioso lago, che ha divieto di accesso alle auto. Zona molto tranquilla. Ci si può arrivare in auto, fino ad una distanza di circa 70/80 metri. L La stazione più vicina è quella di Como Lago. In 15 minuti a piedi affrontando una piccola salita sei a casa. Dal suo balconcino potrai godere di una fantastica vista sulla città e sul lago.
