My house is 5 minutes away form the Ski Lift Station to walk and 2 minutes with car. In the summer months i have a big garden with a small Creek, a wood direktly at the backside of my house and apple trees. The house is perfekt to use the bikepark leogang because you can lock all your bikes in the house and it is only 5 minutes away from the bike park. I have a big Garage were you can clean your bikes and keep your skiis, bikes and cars inside. My house is also perfekt for hiking.

Double room in 250-year-old original Tyrolean farm. Wonderfully sunny and central location but still surrounded by nature. A 3,000 sqm garden invites you to sunbathe, play and barbecue in summer. The apartment is approximately 38 m² and is located in our detached house on the second floor. It consists of a double bedroom, TV, sofa bed, balcony, wardrobe, kitchenette, dining area, cloakroom and a large bathroom with bathtub and toilet. Wi-Fi, parking and the use of the ski cellar are free of charge. As your hosts, we live on the first floor. Your entrance is of course separate.
