Der Achensee, als größter See Tirols, ist 2 km entfernt, das Skigebiet ist fußläufig erreichbar, der Golfplatz liegt in 1 km Entfernung.

The chalet-apartment "VIEW4TWO" is located in Hart, surrounded by a few houses, a small farm and directly on the forest border. You can't live more beautifully if you want to be away from the hustle and bustle, but not out of the way. A perfect apartment, in the middle of greenery with wonderful and unobstructed views of the Zillertal mountains, at the end of a private road. Due to the ambitious location on the east side of the valley, countless long hours of sunshine are on the agenda.

Die Ferienwohnung liegt auf einem kleinen Plateau auf 1098 Meter auf der Sonnenseite des Zillertals. Super Aussicht ins Zillertal. Das ganze Hause wurde 2010 neu gebaut. Ruhige Lage, Bauernhof mit Ziegen, Alpacas, Spielplatz, viele Wanderwege, Fahrrad fahren oder einfach nur die schöne Aussicht genießen. Im Winter Teller rutschen, Rodeln, Touren gehen, Schneeschuhwanderungen. Wir haben über 50 Bienenvölker auf unseren Ländereien, sowie viele Imkereiprodukte mit Verkostung.

Die Wohnung ist neu ausgestattet und urige Elemente wie der Holzofen von Uroma oder die Tiroler Stube sorgen für Gemütlichkeit und besondere Urlaubsstunden. Der Blick auf die Berge und frische Bergluft sorgen für sofortige Entspannung. Die Umgebung bietet sowohl Sommer wie Winter schöne Momente und allerlei Möglichkeiten. Die zentrale Lage wird besonders geschätzt (ca 5 km von Wattens und Autobahn entfernt).

Stilvolle und großzügige (90qm) Erkerwohnung im 1. Stock (ohne Lift) eines historischen Tiroler Bürgerhauses. Die Wohnung verfügt über eine große Wohnküche sowie einem bezauberndem und geräumigem Wohnzimmer mit offenem Kamin. Des Weiteren gibt es ein großes Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett (180x200cm), einem Ankleideraum und einem Badezimmer mit Badewanne und Dusche. Die Wohnung ist sehr hell und gemütlich.
