Beautiful and bright flat with stunning views overlooking fields. The flat is situated in a peaceful area with fields nearby but also with close amenities (the co-op, boots etc a 5 min walk). The flat comes with private parking and private entrance. It has recently been decorated in a shabby chic style. There is a gastro pub 'The Goff's Oak' a 5 minute walk away and Cuffley Station which is a 20 min walk away. This has direct links to Central London (30 min to Finsbury Park, 45 min to Moorgate).

Our annex has a double bedroom (downstairs), with en-suite shower room, kitchen and parking for 1 car. Upstairs is the lounge/kitchen area, which has an L-shape sofa that is also a (small) double bed. The bedding for the sofa bed is in small cupboard behind the lounge door. We’re in a great location for lovely walks as we are close to Cuffley and Broxbourne woods and the River Lea. Additionally, we are close to London (20 mins from Cheshunt or 40 mins from Cuffley to Kings X).
