Ample parking is available. There's a bus stop basically right outside the door. Downtown Boulder and Denver are both about 20 minutes away. Movie theaters, shopping, breweries, restaurants galore are all within about a 5 minute drive.

Close to supermarkets, restaurants, coffee shops, etc. Easy access to hiking and biking trails as well as to ski areas via I-70. Rocky Mountain National Park is just about 1 hour away. Let me know if it’s too hot. Have a fan to help circulate air based on need from reviews. Won’t provide coffee. Sorry it usually gets old before people use it. Only has one bed!! Also my dog will bark at other dogs/ animals so unfortunately service pets aren’t a great fit. Sorry
