Designed and built by me and my sons and grandson in 2016, this Tiny House Trailer overlooks the River Wreake and the grazing pastures beyond. It has a long double bunk bed with a generous single bed beneath. It has a deck over Composting toilet just outside, plus a conventional toilet and shower close by. Camp kitchen available 10 metres away, with basic cooking facilities. We have recently added 240v power for lights and a fan heater but you can still use the 12v lights and the wood stove

Set in a 3 acre plot of our family home, you will have access to a private garden at the rear of the property plus our orchard should you wish to bring 1 small - medium sized dog with you. Unfortunately, the property is not suited to large dogs.

Ivy Cottage is a former stable and is full of character. It has recently been fully refurbished but retains the charm of the countryside with ceiling beams and a beautiful brickwork wall. Thrussington is a beautiful village with a charming pub and a village store and tearoom. It’s popular with walkers and cyclists and the cottage is in a lovely quiet location.
