Situated on Norwich's historic Elm Hill, this luxurious townhouse offers the perfect blend of comfort, contemporary design and character. Its quirky interior reflects its 500 year old life as a weavers house, now updated for modern city living. It backs onto a park and river walks. Dogs are welcome! There are two double bedrooms and a sofa-bed is available upon request. We are sorry but the staircases and uneven floors make it unsuitable for young children or those with limited mobility.

The Old Paper Mill

Peaceful, romantic barn conversion in the grounds of an 18th century mill house on the river Wensum at Lyng Mill, North Norfolk. Swim in the river or light the wood burner - get back to nature in this cosy romantic setting. The Old Paper Mill was once the drying room for a Victorian paper Mill. It sits on the banks of the mill pond, a perfect wild swimming spot with its own outdoor shower. It is bright and airy in summer but warm and cosy in the winter months. We love dogs, all welcome.

The Hobbit - A Cosy Country Hideaway near Norwich

The Hobbit is a small cosy hideaway, located within the grounds of a beautiful English country garden. The space gives the feeling of an old ships cabin, with original oak beams and panelling. The place might be small but still has all the comforts of home, including a standard double bed, underfloor heating and a deep roll top bath. As well as being furnished with antique fixtures and fittings. The Hobbit has a small but lovely garden room, where guests can just watch the world go by.

Ideal for a couple (plus young child) or single person just wishing to get away. The cottage has a large living area with a sofa bed which is suitable for children. Number 20 is found in Thurton, within reach of Norwich, the Norfolk Broads and the coastline. Staying put is just as enjoyable! You are situated on Aylsham road only 15-20 minutes walk from the city centre and there is free parking on the road outside the house. Please note there is no longer a sofa bed. The house sleeps 4 adults in 2 bedrooms only.
