The very well equipped kitchen has everything you'll need. The extending dining table seats 8. The bedroom has exposed beams, a reclaimed pine floor, ash staircase and by all accounts nice, comfy beds. fast wifi is included. The small private garden is just for you. The location is rural, peaceful, safe and quiet.

Howard's End

Howard’s End is a self contained single storey annexe with ample parking. It adjoins my home which was originally an Edwardian wheat store. Perfect for couples , a travel cot is available for a small child. 8 miles east of the beautiful historic city of Norwich with easy access to the famous Norfolk-broads as well as the lovely beaches of the East and North Norfolk coasts. A wonderful area for sailing , canoeing ,walking and bird watching. Two coarse/carp fishing lakes within walking distance.

Chestnut Lodge

Chestnut Lodge is situated in an acre of private gardens set in a quiet rural location, with far reaching countryside views. The Lodge dates back to circa 1750, originally the cow barns on the farm. We purchased the property in 2017 and renovated one of the cow barns to the Lodge adding all the original character with salvaged exposed oak beams throughout and furnished to a luxury standard. Little Bengate Barn is a perfect hideaway, ideal for a short break or longer holiday to perhaps celebrate a birthday or anniversary, or to stay longer and explore the surrounding area. On the doorstep of the Norfolk Broads and the North Norfolk Coast. Not far from the City of Norwich and walking distance to the beautiful village of Worstead with it's pub. The cottage also benefits from a new Wellis hot tub, which is shared with our other 1 bedroom cottage and can be booked for private use.

Crossing Retreat is a timber clad modern barn which has been renovated to give guests a taste of the countryside with a quirky twist. The large bi-folding doors along one side of the Retreat allow guests to open up their living space to the outdoors, perfect for those warm evenings. In the cooler months it provides a great source of light, enabling guests to take in the surrounding fields which provide lovely views. The projector and pool table are super additions to keep you entertained.
