Though a dimensively small room, cleared to perfection and used 100%. It is located in a small shared apartment in a small house, but in a big town. The room has everything a person needs: a bedroom, a study, a walk-in closet, and even a movie theater. And it's all at 7 square meters. From the room, a person gets to the tram stop in 3 minutes, which takes about 7 minutes to get to the center. About 10 minutes walk is Albert's shop, and if it's far away, there's a convenience store just around the corner.

Marble,concrete,wood,stainless steel,wool-these are the materials from which we created a unique interior. We furnished the apartment with carefully selected design pieces. In the coffee corner there is an Italian coffee machine , a Bialetti pot and a Hario V60 . If you don't feel like making coffee at home, there is a bakery and cafe right next to the reception. The stay includes the possibility to visit the fitness and sauna, take a yoga class or go for a massage.
