Cà del Bif overlooks the pier of the village of Nesso; the house dates back to the 1600s and has been our holiday residence for generations. Here we all learned to swim, practiced various water sports, went on many excursions and then met up in the evening all together on the pier to fish. In 1925, Hitchcock filmed The Pleasure Garden here. The apartment is about 50 square meters with a bedroom, bathroom and living room. Cà del Bif is reached by walking along a medieval cobblestone road (200 m from the church)

From here you can easily reach by car or public transport all best spots on Como lake. Ideal starting point for road or mountain bike tours.

The house is located in Brienno, an ancient medieval village typical of Lake Como. Brienno is a very quiet and peaceful village, ideal for enjoying the peace and tranquility that only the lake can offer. The apartment is equipped with every comfort to make your stay as pleasant and carefree as possible, including fresh and fragrant bed linens, towels, all kitchen amenities, and of course, Wi-Fi. Situated between the iconic towns of Como and Bellagio, both just a short 25-minute scenic drive away. 🚩[DISCLAIMER] •The apartment is located on 3rd floor accessible only by a flight of stairs as there is no lift. • During busy periods you might find it problematic finding parking, for this reason we are happy to suggest alternative parking spaces and streets within a 10min walk.

The Darsena di Villa Sardagna, since 1720 belonging to the noble villa of the same name in Blevio, is a one-of-a-kind open space, made of ancient stone, white wood and glass. It overlooks a splendid panorama characterized by the historic Larian villas, including the Grand Hotel Villa D'Este. It offers a magnificent sunbathing terrace, ideal for romantic sunset aperitifs. Upon reservation, it offers breakfast, lunch and dinner service, as well as boat-renting and limousine taxi boats.
