The cottage is in a rural setting on a working farm near Scarborough. It is a bungalow with two internal steps, one leading from the lounge to the dining area and a second leading to the bedrooms and it is ideal for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, families (with kids). We also allow a well behaved dog at the property. There are two bedrooms, a double with en suite shower room and a twin bedroom. The property is self catering. Travel Cot,Outside dog kennel facility is available.

This property is newly renovated for the 2017 season, it is extremely tidy throughout. All kitchens, furniture and appliances are brand new. The property comprises of a spacious lounge including smart TV, with a bed settee to accommodate addition guests, well appointed bedroom with TV, brand new kitchen and bathroom with shower facilities.

The detached annexe is at the rear of our property. It has a lounge with a king size sofa bed, a single/twin room with a kitchenette and a shower room/WC. There is space in the drive for one visitor car/storage for cycles in the garage. Unfortunately it does not have a cooker but there is a 2 ring electric portable electric hob, a microwave and a slow cooker. It will usually be possible to use the oven in the bungalow by arrangement.

Have a good time in our great holiday home. The Benjamin Gardens Holiday Home is a modern home resting in Driffield in the East Riding of Yorkshire. Hosting two bedrooms, including a king-size (or 2xsingle bed) and a double bed, along with a bathroom, this property can sleep up to four guests. There is also a kitchen/diner and a sitting room. Wilma is a pet-friendly, mid-terrace, two-bedroom house which sleeps four, or six including the sofa bed. The house is situated less than a minute’s walk from the historic market town’s train station and only a two-minute walk from the town centre. Here you will find a fabulous selection of shops, bars and restaurants, as well as Beverley Minster, Beverley Racecourse and Beverley’s beautiful Westwood pastures.

"The Hut" is a garden summerhouse simply decorated with a double bed to sleep 2, it has a small kitchenette to give you independence. It is situated in an enclosed well-maintained garden, with access through the main house, with a downstairs washroom, and upstairs bathroom which are shared facilities. Seating and table in the garden so you can eat alfresco and relax in the evening.
