Unique stone and brick cottage with many original features, converted into two flats. Hayloft is reached by a metal staircase, to the rear of the cottage (unsuitable for children). Windows on both sides of the building ensure that the rooms are particularly bright and airy. The cottage benefits from solar energy and oil central heating ensures a cosy background. By The Shropshire way, overlooking farmland it makes an excellent base for touring and walking. Parking and basic wi-fi on site.

A perfect quiet countryside stay with easy access to numerous public footpaths leading to the woods, the River Teme and to wonderful valley views. Only a five minute drive to eateries and 15/ 30 minutes to local Georgian and Medieval market towns. Check in is from 3 pm and earlier check in or park up is potentially available on request.

This cute cottage and the neighbouring properties were part of a successful conversion of an old bakery, it has an open plan style lounge/ dining room with solid french oak flooring , guest cloaks/ WC and fitted breakfast kitchen with a range of integrated appliances including fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and oven & hob. Bathroom with shower. We have a travel cot and high chair if required.
