Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Brian Head

We loved staying here. The hot tub was amazing. The Traeger grill worked great (even though the last folks left grilled onions and other bits on it). And the beds were very comfortable! There were plenty of towels, lots of plates (but a better selection of drinking cups and bowls would've been great). Just a few things would help. More/better utensils--seemed that there was enough for at most 6 people, but the house can sleep at 12. The couch back was broken when we arrived. There is only 1 nightstand in the house for 2 double beds and the king. And it seemed like the house hadn't been swept on arrival either. For the value, a great place, though!

2nd time staying here and we will for sure be back again! One of our most favorite places to stay!! Clean and safe neighborhood. Hosts provided things that can come in handy in case you forgot to pack like toothbrushes, razors, etc. Loved the kitchen too! Hosts even had zip lock bags and tons of spices to cook with, snacks, tea and coffee, very thoughtful! Was able to check in early too which was so helpful!

Staying at Astoa Extea was an excellent experience. Ultra clean, super comfortable beds, and an overall peaceful place to stay. The home was well stocked which made it feel extra homey...would recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful retreat near beautiful parks and many outdoor activities.

Lynn's place was spotless, spacious, and in a great location. We received a lot of great restaurant recommendations and we were able to do day trips to both zion and bryce! I highly recommend this airbnb to anyone in search of a cozy home away from home!

Wonderful home in the heart of Cedar City, close to everything. Quiet neighborhood. Clean and comfortable place to stay.

This one of our favorite Airbnbs in the Cedar City area! We are repeat guests because Dianne is so welcoming, the place is comfortable and spacious, and it's close to the freeway.

I had a wonderful stay at Jean’ place! The home was clean, cozy, and perfectly located for exploring Zion National Park, and the surrounding areas. The host was responsive and made everything easy. Would definitely stay again. highly recommended!

Beautiful "Home Base" Was super clean, everybody on the property was super nice. Extremely private, the loudest neighbors were the cows! Haha. Would definitely recommend for a cheap stay outside the national parks. We did bryce,zion, grand canyon and went to Hurricane for a beautiful lake day. lots of driving but it was a great midway point for our itinerary. Awesome little firepit if you wanna do some stargazing and a little grill ok the deck for some dogs/burgers/steaks. Being from New Jersey, an awesome experience/culture shock. Me and the lady had a lovely time. Would recommend to anyone who doesn't mind driving a little bit, there's tons to look at on your drives. Thanks again.

Excellent stay! Place was as described, clean, with a lot of convenient stuff like kitchenware, dishwasher, washer/dryer and everything to accompany those! Def worth the stay

We stayed in The Tack Room, it was very specious with a full kitchen and dining table for 4. Plenty of parking and huge grassy area to play horse shoe or hang out.

This place is everything they say it is. It is on the 4th floor with no elevator, but we utilized that as part of our daily exercise. :) We had plenty of space, and the place was very well stocked; probably the best of any rentals I have encountered. The hosts checked on us multiple times to wish us well and make sure everything was going well. We were there for vacation as well as to turkey hunt. Therefore, the location was on spot! Some of the places there close down for the month of May, but it did not hinder us in the least. I would DEFINITELY stay here again, and I would DEFINITELY recommend it to anyone! Thanks Paul and Rebecca for opening your place up for us to enjoy!!! We really appreciate it!!!

Great location at Brianhead Very close to Giant Steps high speed quad chair Views were amazing ! Enjoyed our stay!

We have been to Brian Head, a few times, our first time was during Covid. This was a nice return for us to spend spring break here with our 3 kids, under 12. We were so happily surprised to see that the condo was even more beautiful than expected.... the natural light is beyond breathtaking. We were super lucky and got 9" of snow at the beginning of the trip, but this also affected parking as the unit didn't come with garage access. Luckily, there wasn't anyone in the lower unit and no one else needed the street parking otherwise there would have been issues. The amount of snow piled up from the season seriously hindered available space for parking. We had to message the owner to find a shovel, as we had to dig to get our truck out, lol. She was very responsive, but I had to go out and try to find someone to loan me a shovel. The condo was extremely nice and looked exactly like the photos. The heat worked very well and the kitchen was great. The views from the unit were PHENOMENAL.

What a view! Sharron’s place was just what we needed for our weekend stay. We had a marvelous view of the slopes at Giant Steps right out the balcony door. The condo was spotless and fully stocked with everything we needed. Sharron was accommodating and super helpful with check in and check out instructions. Would love to stay here again!

Always a pleasure staying at one of the Galindo family’s Airbnb properties! This property is very beautiful and modern, and we noticed how clean, organized, and well-kept the property was during our stay! 10/10 I would recommend staying at this property or any one of their properties every time! 🙌🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

Great location across from Giant Steps. The kitchen is well stocked with lot of amenities, but felt little cramped. Could have had more counter space. Appreciated the nice glassware for drinks and pantry full of spices. It was nice to have 3 bathrooms for a full house, double thumbs up for quality toilet paper, not the sand paper that is usually stocked. The building was quiet and relaxing at night. Wife approved and would definitely book again.

Great condo right next to the Giant Steps parking lot. Very clear instructions and info provided and the host responded very quickly with the few questions I did have. I definitely would stay again.
