Vacation rentals with a patio in Brian Head

It was the perfect place for our family! It’s hard finding a place for a family of four with teens because the bunk beds that are in most rentals are usually too small. This place had huge beds and everyone was so comfortable. Host was very responsive.

Stayed here for the night after snowboarding with friends. It was a great location across the street from the Navajo ski lift. Perfect place for the 4 of us and would stay again! The host was awesome with letting us check in a bit early.

We loved staying here! The decor was modern and the condo was spotlessly clean. we want to know where they got the mattresses and pillows! it was like sleeping in a cloud. Brent shared great instructions before we got there and then again before we left for check-out. It was a great location near the lift that made it easy to access - truly ski in and ski out. We loved it so much, we're thinking of going back in the summer for hiking.

We loved the place!👍We first booked it for two weeks only but then loved it so much we decided to prolong our stay for another two:) Jacob was a great host and he took care of any minor issues we had. The house is located in a very quiet and peaceful place. It is next to Dixie national forest and Cedar Breaks National Monument. It took us about an hour and half drive to Bryce and Zion canyons. The weather was on a colder side as the town was up on the mountains but the house heating was super good so we didn’t feel cold. The house has everything you need, all the kitchen appliances and a lot of towels. Definitely recommend to everyone visiting the canyons 👍

Heritage house was a beautiful clean comfortable home. Had everything we needed for a family of 7. Great loclocation with in 3 hrs of Zion and Bryce Canyon. My only recommendation would be to put a curtains up in the upstairs bedroom as it gets super bright super early.

The condo is directly across the street from Giant Steps lifts, making it so convenient to hit the slopes. It was great to watch the lifts fire up from the large viewing windows to get us excited for our day. The listing indicated that toiletries, towels and a coffee maker were not included, however all were present. In fact the kitchen was well stocked with filters and grounds and plenty of spices for cooking meals. And the house had plenty of room to host meals with friends that stayed down the way, making it the perfect gathering point. The hot tub and sauna were highlights after a long day of skiing/boarding, soothing all those aching muscles before gearing up for another day on the slopes! We would definitely stay here again!

Vinny was an awesome and friendly host. We appreciated all the small touches and his hospitality especially the beautiful roses. He was so kind to text us that we had left a pair of shoes quickly and we were able to turn around and get them. Highly recommend!

We loved our stay! The hot tub was a great bonus and my kids took great advantage to the yard, swing set and board games inside. Plenty of entertainment for children. The place was clean and plenty of space.

Julie was extremely nice & proactive, and maintained availability throughout the entire trip. Instructions were very clear and easy to understand all around. The expectations were very respectable, but not overbearing. The property was nice and in a really good location in town. It’s extremely private and on a quiet street, which is very nice. It could just use some maintenance upkeep inside the home. The home does have the best of both worlds when it comes to being a comfy, cozy getaway that you plan to spend a lot of time at on your vacation or if you’re just needing a place to sleep while you spend your time doing all your outdoor activities.

Accommodations were wonderful! Thoroughly enjoyed our stay... and the coffee shop right behind the place. Excellent coffee and breakfast items.

So glad we decided to stay at Julianne's place for a portion of our National Park trip doing Utah's mighty 5 national parks! this home was clean, spacious, and so cozy! we were close to both Bryce Canyon and Zion National Park so it worked perfectly for our itinerary! So glad we stayed here.

We loved our time at this home! It was clean and had everything we needed. We enjoyed visiting Bryce Canyon, Escalante Petrified Forest and Capitol Reef. This home was the perfect place to relax after busy days exploring Utah.

We selected Shaun’s place for a couple of reasons. It was one story which was important to us as we needed easy access for older people and there was garage access. We brought our parents up for our daughter’s graduation. The rooms, kitchen and living room were perfect for the 6 of us. It was clean and comfortable. Location was perfect too as everything is centrally located. We enjoyed our stay and felt comfortable and relaxed!

Farmless Treasure was a nice little place to stay. Amy contacted me prior to our departure to make sure we had the address and keypad code. The home was clean and had a quaint, small-town feel. Main Street is a block and a half from the home so going to the grocery store, restaurant, or just browsing the shops was easy to do without a vehicle. I'd say her beds were the most comfortable I've every slept in in an airbnb. The heating and air conditioning was easy to operate. I'd recommend this home to anyone and will reserve it again in the future when I stay in Panguitch.

We loved this space. It was perfect for our two 14 year old boys. Great price, would stay here again in a heartbeat!

I absolutely would recommend this Airbnb to everyone! It was very clean and cozy and had very convenient access to amenities like laundry, a hot tub, and a sauna. It fit four of us very comfortably, and the kitchen was stocked with all the supplies we needed! The small ski town is very quaint with incredible scenery. We had an extremely pleasant stay here, and Cody was an amazing host and extremely responsive!

Rebecca's place as described. Beds very comfortable and entire unit exceptionally clean. We had a great time exploring the national parks nearby.

This is a great place to stay with your family when you're going skiing or spending time in the mountains. Scott was great and very attentive and we had everything we needed when we needed it.

Absolutly amazing hosts. Only AirBnB I’ve stayed where the hosts asked if we wanted to check in the night before on the house. Also extremely responsive - even for 2am emergencies. The room and condo were amazing, back patio had beautiful views and the projector was a great movie experience! Highly recommend!!

Great condo right next to the Giant Steps parking lot. Very clear instructions and info provided and the host responded very quickly with the few questions I did have. I definitely would stay again.

We have stayed in a handful of different units in the buildings on Vasels Rd. We love this building because you can ski right to the lift in the morning, and if you take the run "Shotgun," you can ski right to the door of the building. It makes it so easy for our teenagers to come back for lunch or a break whenever they want. This place was our favorite unit so far on Vasels. It is really hard to find a three-bedroom unit in these buildings, but this one has three bedrooms, plenty of space, and was well maintained. Our kids enjoyed the hot tub at night. Beds were very comfy! The owner was communciative and helpful. We will be back!

Location is great! Right across the street from ski area and lifts. 5 minutes walking to restaurants and store. Beautiful surroundings, pine trees were beautiful and peaceful. Loved the wood fireplace once we were able to get it started. It was great, but it did take me a minute because we had no lighter and the stove is electrical so be sure to bring a lighter. The place is very comfortable very cozy. The coffee area is beautiful and a very nice touch. this Property is the most fully stocked property I have stayed in starting with the kitchen and moving onto the bathroom. The property had very nice touches like new, toothbrushes, face creams, hairspray, handmade soaps, shampoo, perfume etc. we would definitely come back and stay here. We really enjoyed it.
