Fitness-friendly vacation rentals in Brevard County

The condo was very clean and spacious for 3 guests. I loved that I could see the ocean while in the kitchen. The beach access was great. There is a separate key to get into the pool area or back from the beach. The gate into the pool area was tricky and I had to play with the key for a bit before I could get it to unlatch each time. Because they take sea turtle nesting seriously, this made a late check in a bit tricky. The complex advises guests to turn off lights or close blinds at 9. This made for a VERY dark complex upon our arrival with red lighting in the parking garages. Once we figured out our bearings, it was fine after that. Not a lot of entertainment in the area. A lot of things close by 10pm. The condo is in good condition with one bathroom and the kitchen being upgraded with granite. The other bathroom is a little outdated but very clean and spacious. Some of the other complex areas are a bit outdated. Overall, the complex was safe and clean and I would recommend it!

Th Resort at Cocoa Beach was super nice. There was a lot for our kids to do daily on-site. We really didn’t have to leave for any activities. Publix is also right up the street so getting groceries was fast as well.

Annalea's place was nicely decorated and very clean and comfortable. We loved the community pool and hot tub area!

Zach and Colleen‘s place is a wonderful vacation resort, it never disappoints. It’s kid friendly, with several swimming facilities for all ages. It’s spacious, clean, and right on the beach. We really appreciated the shuttle that took us from the resort to the beach every 15 minutes, and hauled all our beach stuff! We look forward in going back in August.

This was the perfect place for me and my family! It was so close to my family who lives here full time and close to restaurants, stores, and not far from lots of things to do with the family. The pool is an added bonus for everyone! We will definitely be wanting to stay here again on our next visit. The home was extremely clean and Ralph responded quickly if and when we needed anything or had any questions! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Everything is what was described , easy check in and out. close to A1A and US1 and close to super markets , restaurants and beaches . Great place to stay and enjoy the beach and restaurants. The place looks really new clean and neat, awesome host, and in the future I will consider coming back.

Clean, comfortable, beautiful pond view with lots of birds, turtles and squirrels. Shower pressure could be better but overall very, very pleased and would book again. If you’re not from the area, this is a perfect location with great food, shopping and beach right next to you!

We loved staying at Dana's place and enjoyed watching all the wildlife (herons, pelicans, egrets, osprey, ibis and turtles) from her balcony. The location was perfect for our needs... close to the beach and affordable golf courses.

Host was extremely helpful, assisted with getting wheelchair from a local supplier. Also, helped us arrange the drop off and pick up with medical supply. The views with the dolphins and rockets were amazing to see from the balcony. We had everything we needed to be comfortable in the condo. We were able to make breakfast, lunch or dinner. The beach chairs, towels and supplies were an added bonus, we took advantage of having those to use! Thank you again!

This place was perfect for our family’s spring break vacation! The resort had everything we could have wanted!! The pool was refreshing and not overcrowded, especially in the early evening. The kids loved the game room - complete with pool tables and an air hockey machine. The beach was so relaxing. There are umbrellas and chairs available to rent if needed. The walk to the beach is short - right down the wooden pathway. The showers along the way are great to rinse off the sand before heading back upstairs. The unit itself was pristine. We scored a spot on the 4th floor, so we had a great ocean view off the side of the balcony. There was plenty of space for 4 of us, and the well-stocked kitchen was wonderful for cooking meals in the evening! There is also an incredible seafood place 1/2 mile away - right next to Publix. We are already excited for the next time we’re able to visit!! Thanks so much for the perfect trip! ☺️

Great place for two people. We each had our own room and enjoyed sharing the common room to watch TV. It was quick to the beach, so we would spend 1/2 the day at the beach, take a break and then go to the pool in the afternoon. It was clean and easy to access.

We absolutely loved our stay at the resort. We have been visiting cocoa beach annually for years, and our usual place was under construction. After staying here, this is our new go-to. The resort was absolutely spotless, and front desk was extremely accommodating and friendly. The room was exactly as described, and clean- which is my number one concern wherever we stay. The pool was wonderful and my kids loved spending hours there. The arcade is fun for a change of pace, and private beach access was perfect. We rented beach loungers and umbrellas daily, and it was so nice not to have to lug chairs back and forth. There’s plenty nearby to walk to, and it’s in the perfect location. The grounds are also beautiful, with gorgeous landscaping. The hosts were also very responsive and helpful when I reached out before our stay. Definitely recommend staying here!

Timothy’s place was perfect for our vacation, it was very spacious, clean, and feel like at home. The balcony was huge and having the ocean view from our bedroom and living room was amazing. The las olas team was very nice and helpful, and the hotel had everything we needed like chairs, beach umbrella and kids and infant floats and toys and games. The beach was a quick access and the water was calm. Everything was perfect, we will definitely come back!

This review is for the beach getaway in cocoa beach. Natalie is a superior host and amazingly responsive to any needs. This unit has great beach access, is conveniently located to Cocoa Beach and surrounding areas and is well appointed for short or long term stay. Perfect in every way.

The house is very homely feeling… like a lived in home vs. a sterile, minimalist vacation home, very well equipped- there was lots of amenities to use the kitchen, plenty of places to sit and eat. It was a sufficient space for our purposes. The pool could use a bit of a cleaning or “makeover”. There were a lot of cool plants and a great large table to sit and enjoy the peace out on the patio. The decor was a little bright/80s/90s/eclectic and not my style but if that doesn’t bother you - this place is fine. I really struggled with the queen sized bed- it’s VERY HIGH (I’m 5’3” and had to practically jump into it) and it was quite uncomfortable. The house could use some updates but otherwise was clean and well appointed.

I brought my wife and kids and it was ideal for us. The pool and hot tub were great and we really enjoyed lounging inside if it easy rainy. Ashley and Christopher were very accessible and helpful. They turned in the hot tub quickly every time I requested it. And if there were any issues, they swiftly remedied them. Highly recommend this place and host.

Lots of amenities and very spacious for our large group. We enjoyed having room for everyone.

Happy with our stay. Didn't use most of the amenities as we were not here for vacation, but there looked to be plenty. House was clean and open, accommodating all of us comfortably. Close to lots of things and yet quiet and private. Easy to find and check in. Several family members said they'd be happy to come back. I very much appreciate Andrew's willingness to help us with an unanticipated situation (on our part). Recommend this home and host.

We stayed at this property for one week and had a wonderful experience. The home was exceptionally clean and featured a beautiful, well-equipped kitchen. We felt right at home from the moment we arrived. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, making it ideal for families. The house included beach gear, pool floats, children’s books, and games—everything we needed for a fun and relaxing stay. The host was fantastic, responding immediately to any questions we had. Our kids especially loved the pool and the cozy hanging chairs around the fire pit.

Wow! This property had it all. It was perfect for our family get away. Ping pong, kayaks, paddle boards, and the most peaceful back “yard” ever. We saw dolphins, manatees, and birds galore. Our family made memories and relaxed well.

This is my second stay at this location and it is easily accessible and a great location. Definitely would be looking for availability for any future stays!

We only stayed one night as we needed a place to stay before boarding a cruise. This was a great place for our family! Plenty of room for 7 adults and a baby. There was a Graco pack & play as well as a high chair for our granddaughter. Conveniently located 20 minutes from Port Canaveral. We also went to Mass at Divine Mercy Catholic Church, just 10 minutes away. The house was clean, kitchen had everything you’ll need - plates, glasses, etc. Beds were comfy. Definitely recommend if you need a place close to stay before a cruise leaving from Port Canaveral
