Walking distance to the city center, about 20 minutes. Shopping, such as a bakery, butcher, pharmacy and bank, is nearby. The apartment is 100 m².

Das 1,5 Zimmer Apartment ist sehr ruhig und nah an Weinbergen und der Natur gelegen. Sehr schön für Spaziergänge oder zum Joggen. Dennoch ist Ludwigsburg in nur wenigen Minuten zu erreichen und auch Stuttgart ist in 30 min zu erreichen.
