Interstates close by as well as the world famous Bluebird Cafe. Can walk to: Get your favorite Starbucks drink, the best mall in the Nashville area (The Green Hills Mall). Stock up at Green Hills Mall, perhaps the best in all Nashville, complete with Whole Foods, Trader Joes, and Kroger. Also close are gyms and heath centers, plus the famous Bluebird Cafe. Downtown and Broadway venues are an easy 4-mile drive. Space to park in the driveway. Uber and Lyft are great options getting around Nashville, if you don't have a car. You will enjoy taking a jog, run or walk on nearby Belmont Blvd. The apartment has a totally separate entrance. Downstairs are complete living quarters and a full bath, and upstairs is a spacious loft bedroom with two queen beds. The Guest House has a separate driveway, entrance and HVAC. Includes a private entrance with no stairs, kitchen, living area, two bedrooms and one bathroom. Beautiful, peaceful back yard with open night sky and fireflies on warm summer nights. Keyless entry, Wi-Fi, and plenty of privacy. More affordable and spacious than 2 hotel rooms. We encourage you to compare our reviews to local hotels. There is a private office space on the first floor. This is a full basement w/private entrance and private space. We live on the top two floors. A quiet neighborhood on a dead-end street. Queen size bed in bedroom, sofa bed queen and a futon with a double on the bottom and a twin on the top. There is no kitchen but access to a full size refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, and utensils.
