House vacation rentals in Brentwood

This was a nice relaxing stay after being on the road most of the day coming home from a beach vacation. We didn’t use the pool or hot tub but we enjoyed the beauty of the wooded and water surroundings and the quiet and calmness of our space. Thanks for a nice stay 😊

Great location. Close to downtown and 12 South, but in a quiet location and lowkey surroundings. House looked just like its photos. We were comfortable and happy with our choice.

I want to start by saying, a HUGE thank you to Jim and Mary! Jim greeted us in person when we arrived. We had an amazing stay in their wonderful home, waking up to a beautiful view of the lake. They have a private swimming pool but we didn’t get to use it, it would be perfect for summertime. Their kitchen has some supplies you can use, the rooms are spacious and clean, they also have clean towels in the closet. One of the highlights of our stay is Jim’s delicious pecan pie that he personally baked for us! We appreciate their thoughtfulness and for making me and my family feel welcome. They are very responsive whenever we needed help or have questions, also pet friendly, we were able to bring our family furbaby with us. Absolutely we’re willing to stay again in this lovely home.

Such a beautiful property with an amazing host. We felt at home away from home. The neighborhood was gorgeous and very pleasant to walk around every morning. We loved how spacious the home was as well. The pool and hot tub were both clean and such a nice place to spend an evening while grilling out with friends. The experience was amazing, we cannot wait to go back🙏🏼

I highly recommend staying here. It is as exactly described as shown in pictures. Very clean,spacious and comes with all your basic household needs. Checking in and out was very easy. It was very quiet and peaceful. Instructions and house rules are very simple and easy to follow. The host was very kind and easy to reach. 10/10 recommend over a hotel and great for families of all ages.

I’ve rented Issac home about 3/4 time and every time it’s a joy being there for a few days. Even this time a movie theater was added even though we didn’t do a movie night but just to see that was a big up grade to the house. Phenomenal home I recommended. 10/10

This was our second stay at Pam’s place, everything was great! Love the outdoor space and the pool is always a hit and the reason we came back! We grilled out, had a fire and enjoyed some much needed family time! Thanks again for all the little touches your home has to offer!

I had such a wonderful stay at this cozy log cabin! The space was immaculately clean — everything felt fresh and well cared for, which made it easy to relax from the moment I arrived. The peaceful, quiet surroundings were exactly what I needed for a restful getaway. Whether you're sipping coffee on the porch or unwinding inside, there's a real sense of calm here. The hosts clearly put a lot of thought into the space, and it shows. I’d absolutely recommend this cabin to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and peaceful retreat in nature. I can’t wait to come back!

It was comfortable like home and had everything I needed. I also liked the peaceful neighborhood atmosphere. My family was able to relax comfortably.

Highly recommend Karen’s place! She is a very responsive host and her place was the perfect stay for my friends and I attending a wedding in Franklin. The fenced in backyard was a nice plus for our dog.

We were in town for our younger son's wedding. The house accommodated my parents (Mom with a walker), my older son and my aunt comfortably. it was near the rehearsal dinner venue, and had all the extras to make food prep easy.

Perfect distance to downtown Franklin. We loved walking to town. The house was so cute, very clean, and had everything we needed. Highly recommend!

Lacy’s place is a wonderful spot in Lebanon. It felt very cozy with all the amenities and decorations. Lacy had board games that occupied us at night and she was super responsive with any questions we had. Thanks for a wonderful stay😊

It was our first time staying in an Airbnb and Sophie made it such a breeze. The place was very nice and the shower was amazing. Close to downtown. Will be staying again.

You know how in Harry Potter, the room of requirement provided every need that students could possibly need? Well Fran & Fi’s cottage was that for us. A group of friends met up for a long weekend and every time we asked ourselves “hmm I wonder if this place has an extension cord or dishwasher pods or extra towels” it only took a quick search to find what we needed. So The Room of Requirement quickly became the term of the weekend. The house is absolutely lovely, beautifully decorated, impeccably clean, and exactly what we needed to spread out and chat and quilt for a few days. It’s located on a quiet street but also only minutes from a grocery store and restaurant/shops. The beds were very comfortable too! We’ll be staying here again and are already looking forward to it.

Bottom line... I would stay there again! At first, I didn't know how it would be with the host living close to the property. Truthfully, I ended up liking it a lot! Sammie and her husband very much respected our privacy, but it was really nice to know they're around if we needed anything. Sammie and her husband were super super super nice and polite!

Deb's home was so special! It was so beautiful on the inside and so peaceful on the outside. I really enjoyed the swing on the porch! She was super helpful and so kind. If I'm ever back in this part of Tennessee, I would definitely stay there again. It was the perfect spot!

Joshua was a wonderful host-- extremely communicative and proactive in ensuring we had a great stay! The Airbnb was exactly as described. It was very inviting and cozy, the beds and living room sofa were comfortable and the space was very clean. We enjoyed our stay-- Thank you for hosting us!

Very nice place. Kitchen was stocked up nicely. Bathroom was a good size and they offered some extras which was nice! The patio area was our favorite during the stay, even the rain didn't stop us from enjoying sitting outside.

Thomas was excellent at communicating and extremely helpful answering our questions. The house was perfect for our group, great location- we would absolutely be back!

this was my first ABB experience and they made it amazing!! From having a little coffee maker to soft bed, beautiful room, amazing shower and friendly host!! I will definitely come back! I would definitely recommend them if your looking to go to Nashville!! all and all AMAZING!!
