The front part is yours, from where you have access to the large garden: playground equipment and hobby house to romp around to your heart's content for the little ones, quiet corners to relax for the adults. Paddle in the dinghy on the Sieltief or cycle to the dike, the fun pool or the play barn in Burhave. Our hobby farm invites you to look. There is no boredom here, but relaxation is guaranteed.

The accommodation has a fully equipped kitchen, living room with TV and (sleeping) couch, two bedrooms (one double bed and two single beds) and a bathroom with shower and bathtub. A washing machine is available. A terrace with a small gas grill can be used.

Here you will find various excursion and shopping opportunities. About 40 km away is Cuxhaven - here you can linger on the sandy beach or stroll over the beach mile. From now on, bicycles can also be rented on site. There is also a garage for e-bikes.

Unique apartment in the immediate vicinity of the Weser. The entire property was renovated in 2020 and impresses with upscale furnishings as well as a fantastic view of the Weser. The property is located directly on the Weserdeich and therefore offers a very quiet yet close to the city location. Two enclosed bedrooms and the open attic room with two double beds and a sofa bed can accommodate up to five people.
