The self-contained apartment has 2 rooms/kitchen/bathroom with a beautiful loggia, is located in the middle of the countryside; but it is only 4 km to Bremen-Vegesack and the Weser. A food market is only 1.5 km away. Carport with wallbox for electric cars can be used and there is a storage facility for bicycles, battery charging possible. In the wooded surroundings and directly on the Weser there are many opportunities for hiking or cycling.

The apartment for 3-4 people (3 adults or 2 adults and 1-2 children) is located on the upper floor of a two-family house and can be reached through a separate entrance via a staircase. The ground floor is occupied by the landlord. The apartment (90 sqm) has a living room with dining area, small Kitchen, simple children's room, small Bathroom, an enclosed loggia and a small hallway. In the loggia, a third separate sleeping area with guest bed (0.90 x 2.00) could be prepared.

On the first floor, there is the kitchen, bathroom with shower, a living room and a bedroom with two separate beds. The attic is open with a living and working area, as well as a sleeping area with a double bed. There is a spacious balcony to the south side and with a view of the Weser.

If necessary and for larger groups, several apartments with up to 20 beds are available. Prices depend on the number of people and over. The property is located directly on the Weserdich and therefore offers a very quiet yet close to the city.
