We welcome you to a lovingly renovated 2-room apartment (75m2) with bathroom, in an old farm building built in 1790. The apartment is furnished with modern heating, WiFi, Smart TV and a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. Old and new things have been used, always with the idea of whether you need it or not. There are also things there that are just beautiful. Since we are in Franconia, we are greeted with 2 bottles of regional beer. To Bamberg about 10 minutes. See you soon !!

Stefan is a great host and was always available. The house is more than sufficient for four people and offers plenty of space on two floors. The roof terrace also invites you to sit outside. Above all, the kitchen is very well equipped, nothing is missing. One of the bathrooms is newly renovated and has a great shower. On both floors have separate and also newly renovated toilets. The town of Kemmern is wonderful for hiking or cycling in the immediate vicinity/nature and is great for exploring Bamberg. Thank you for the lovely stay.

We felt comfortable in the Sweden house from the beginning: everything was very clean, the kitchen very well equipped and overall it lacked nothing. The furnishing style was partly quite unusual, but overall and especially due to the sympathetic nature of Thomas and his wife, we liked it very much 🙂

Tiny house in Franconian Switzerland, near Bamberg

I have not been disappointed here, great Tiny House in quiet residential area. The furnishings are very cozy and high-quality and exactly to my taste. You don't want to leave here. The host was easy to reach and responded almost immediately to questions. He gave me a personal introduction to the technology, such as the oven and air conditioning. This property is worth every euro. The village of Scheßlitz is right on the A70, about 15 minutes from Bamberg and 30 minutes to Bayreuth. Internet works great. I felt very comfortable and will definitely come back again. On site there are some restaurants and shopping is also no problem. The house also has a small garden with a table and chairs.

The Fischerhäuschen impresses with its idyllic location on a farm surrounded by nature. Surrounded by nature and animals, you can quickly relax away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Right outside the door, hiking trails open up, regional cuisine can be enjoyed in the immediate vicinity, the host's tips were very helpful here. Communication was friendly and extremely attentive, very pleasant. Next door at the organic farm, you can buy fresh eggs and sausages from our own production and the city of Bamberg is not too far away. The rushing animals, from peacocks to geese to cats and horses, spread joy and the running ducks make you smile even on rainy days. The fireplace also provides additional warmth.
