hote très gentil et accueillant, bonne literie dans les chambres mais petit bémol sur la 3 eme chambre , très petite environ 6 m2. maison agréable avec grande cuisine extérieure et belle vue.

Saša host impeccabile: reattivo, disponibile e sorridente. Vista mozzafiato, ambiente nel verde. La strada per arrivare alla struttura non è comodissima, ma si fa volentieri uno sforzo 😊 unica cosa da segnalare: l’acqua fredda viene con un getto molto debole e lo sciacquone impiega molto a ricaricarsi. Per il resto, nulla da dire. Consiglieremo sicuramente! Giorgia e Fabio

Sehr schöne wohnung. Der weg in die stadt dauert ca. 10-15 min ist aber perfekt für einen kleinen Spaziergang da es ein schöner weg ist. Würde es immer wieder buchen

TOP. Wir haben dort eine Woche verbracht und es war so gut wie perfekt. Die Küche hatte mehr als man brauchte und das Badezimmer war auch sehr modern. Das Außengelände war sehr gepflegt und alles neu. Man hat gemerkt, dass sich Gedanken gemacht worden sind, da an viele Kleinigkeiten gedacht ist. Es gibt außerdem einen Gasgrill und draußen war es sehr gemütlich. Die Gasgeberin wohnt über der Wohnung, aber sie hat sich sehr rücksichtsvoll verhalten, sodass man sie nicht wahrgenommen hat, aber falls Fragen aufkamen, war sie immer sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Die Lage ist ebenfalls sehr schön (ein bisschen Meerblick), aber es ist ein Stück zur Stadt bzw zum Strand. Zu Fuß ist leider nichts zu erreichen. Das einzige Manko, das WLAN hat leider nicht funktioniert :( Trotzdem allem im allem ist es sehr zu empfehlen.

Unser Aufenthalt war wunderbar. Es war genauso ruhig, mit einem tollen Ausblick auf das Meer von der Terrasse aus, wie wir es uns aufgrund der Beschreibung vorgestellt hatten. Besonders schön war es, einfach aus der Wohnung zu treten und zum Strand hinunterzugehen, um in dem klaren Wasser zu schwimmen. Die Wohnung ist ruhig und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Vesna ist eine äußerst sympathische und hilfsbereit Gastgeberin. Wir haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohl gefühlt.

Wir waren mit 4 Erwachsenen und einem Kleinkind in der Unterkunft. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen 👍 was wirklich super war, dass wir flexibel ein und auschecken konnten. Alles war modern und schön eingerichtet. Unser Highlight war die Aussicht vom Pool aus. vorallem abends ein Traum 🥰 Wir können die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen!

Alloggio comodo, spazioso e fornito, sia in bagno (con lavatrice e prodotti x la pulizia), che in cucina (stoviglie, frigorifero, forno a microonde), dotato di tutti i comfort, compreso tavolo biliardo e altri giochi da tavolo. Self Check-in e check-out con indicazioni precise. Centro raggiungibile a piedi. Ottima soluzione x nuclei familiari numerosi.

Appartamento molto spazioso ed arredato davvero con gusto, la vista dalla terrazza è molto bella e rilassante, il quartiere è molto tranquillo. Il bagno ha una doccia meravigliosa! Peccato solo che il pavimento non fosse molto pulito e che le federe dei cuscini fossero state spruzzate di profumo, avrei preferito che sapessero di detersivo della lavatrice.

While Istria has a lot of small coves and deserted beaches with cristal clear waters to offer, the decking beach in Moscenicka Draga is an exclusive way of experiencing the best of what Croatia has to offer from a beach perspective. Last but not least: Tanja and Oliver are top hosts. They are easy to communicate with, and does everything in their power to make sure, that your stay is truly a five-star experience. House was beautiful, much better then described and showed on the photos actually ! And the kids loved it. Pool, playground, cinema, fire pit. Amazing. We hope to come again soon...

We stayed at Elvis’s place for a week and loved everything bout it. The apartment is tucked away is the tiny village of Ipsy . Upon arriving our first impression was WOW ! This a gem! The place is full of charm, history , and the view is one of the best in Istria Super clean and everything you need for your stay. The 3 terraces provide extra space to relax, read, dine outside while enjoying the views of Motovun Elvis has taken his family’s 250 year old home and added modern bathrooms and flooring without changing the integrity of the home. It’s very well done. The beds are comfy and showers are great and its quiet Ipsa, the winery and olive producer is right next door.. 😀. Loved it ! Wir verbrachten eine wunderschöne Urlaubswoche im Ferienhaus von Gracijano. Wer Ruhe und Natur sucht, wird hier fündig. On top gibt es noch superniedliche freundliche Tiere zum liebhaben. Nicht nur Kinder kommen hier auf ihre Kosten ;) Das Ferienhaus ist ein Traum, man fühlt sich direkt wohl, als auch der der liebevoll angelegte Garten inkl Aussicht in die Berge und Pool lädt zum Entspannen ein. Die Gastgeberfamilie ist super freundlich, hilfsbereit und verwöhnte uns mit heimischen Köstlichkeiten. Wir haben uns fest vorgenommen, wiederzukommen.

Das Ferienhaus wurde wie beschrieben angetroffen! Der Aussenbereich mit Pool ist sehr gepflegt und abends schön beleuchtet. Der Innenbereich geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber! Die Küchenausstattung ist top, es wurde alles vorgefunden, was benötigt wurde. Die Lage des Hauses ist sehr ruhig und idyllisch! Bis zum Strand sind es ca 25min mit dem Auto. Die Kommunikation mit Boris war tadellos! Das Ferienhaus ist weiter zu empfehlen!

A wonderful villa that exceeded our expectations! The property was clean and beautifully designed, offering a serene and relaxing atmosphere. The host and housekeeper were exceptionally friendly and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed. However, the villa is a bit far from the ocean, so walking isn't ideal - a taxi or car is necessary to reach the beach but it's a small trade-off & completely fine with the price you pay for it. We would definitely recommend it:)

We loved every minute here! The photos do not do it justice – – it’s far more beautiful in person. The views over trees and the water are spell – binding. We would sit and watch as the sky and the water as the light changed. It was very easy to hike up on the Napoleonic way or down to the seaside. The kitchen was great and it was fun to cook with fresh Italian ingredients. I enjoyed a few swims even in cooler weather. But it was particularly a good place for us to hole up and reboot, take a break and get work done. We hope to make this an annual retreat. Petra and Ivan were particularly helpful, and went out of their way to support our stay and even extend it. We are very grateful!

Nous avons été bien accueillis par Ales et son épouse dans ce très beau logement paisible à la campagne mais proche de commerces. Très propre et bien décoré. Tout le nécessaire pour un merveilleux séjour s'y trouve dès l'arrivée. Je vous le recommande !

We had a great time, the place was spotlessly clean and very spacious. The kitchen was very well equipped with lots of amenities. The road to the driveway is super steep, so needs a bit of skill if you are traveling by car. The owners live upstairs, so it's not 100% private, however they are very friendly. We received a welcome drink and a bottle of wine in the fridge.

Die Unterkunft war wie beschrieben. Die Gastgeberin war liebevoll, hilfsbereit und sehr zuvorkommend. Der Check-in war sehr flexibel, obwohl sich unsere Ankunftszeit ständig verändert hat (aufgrund der Nutzung öffentlicher Verkehrsmittel, die im Stau standen…) Von der Stadt bis zum Appartement sind es einige Stufen zu laufen. Aber die sind das Appartement, der Garten, der Ausblick und die Gastgeberin wert!

Wir haben 14 angenehme Tage im September bei Mate in der großen, modernen Wohnung verbracht. Alles sehr sauber und sehr gut eingerichtet. Die Aussicht vom Balkon sehr schön. Es war sehr entspannt. Mate hat sich um alles gekümmert und war immer erreichbar. Perfekte Lage. Schön ruhig, nur 5 Gehminuten zu 2 unterschiedlichen Stränden. Auch nur 20 Minuten um zu Fuß in die Alt-Stadt von RAB zu gehen.

L'alloggio è ben arredato (non ho mai trovato una cucina così ben fornita) e pulitissimo. La posizione della casa offre di un'ottima vista, in quanto la casa si trova in una posizione di qualche centinaio di metri sul livello del mare. Gli host sono stati fantastici.

We had an absolutely perfectly relaxing vacation. The place is like it looks in the pictures, I’d say even better. You really only need to take some stairs down to the sea and can take a swim whenever you want. You can also get there by Bus perfectly easy and when our train broke down and didn’t work anymore on our way there, they were kind enough to pick us up 25 minutes away from there home, where we were greeted with a lot of friendliness and care, yet we always had our privacy. You’re located in the middle between Rijeka and beautiful Opatja and we really loved it. I’d go back any time and can recommend staying here very highly!

Adriano ist a super Host! Die Wohnung war sehr schön, sauber und gut verbindet mit der Stadt. Die Kommunikation mit ihm war sehr gut, der ist sehr nett und freundlich. Gerne weiterempfehlen!!!

Sanja war eine perfekte Gastgeberin und hatte uns sogar etwas Essen vorab besorgt da wir an einem Feiertag bei geschlossenen Geschäften ankamen. Für unsere Kinder hatte sie extra Spielzeug bereit gelegt was bei diesen auch super ankam. Wir fühlten uns rundherum wohl bei ihr und man kann es sich nicht besser wünschen. Das Gebäude liegt etwas am Hang was die Anfahrt etwas schwieriger macht und den Fußweg hoch vom Strand auch etwas beschwerlicher aber die Aussicht die man dafür hat ist es absolut wert und sonst bringt die Wohnung wirklich viele Möglichkeit. Der kleine Garten mit Grillstelle war auch super. Danke für alles!

A comfortable choice for 2-4 people in close driving distance to Rijeka. The terrace was very nice and outside chairs and sofa were very comfortable. The kitchen has a lot of amenities and the two bedrooms are cozy enough with a lot of closet space. There is one main bathroom with a very comfortable shower and then a smaller nook with a WC and sink. A short drive to the most economical parking lot of Rijeka (Delta). A reasonable price for sure. The host accommodated our early check-in and offered us a later check-out if we needed it (which we didn’t)
