Saša host impeccable: responsive, helpful, and smiling. Breathtaking view, green environment. The road to get to the property is not very comfortable, but you are happy to make a 😊 unique effort to note: the cold water comes with a very weak jet and the flush takes a long time to recharge. GREAT. We spent a week there and it was almost perfect. The kitchen had more than you needed and the bathroom was also very modern. The outdoor area was very well maintained and everything new. You've noticed that you've been thinking about it, as there's a lot of little things in mind. There's also a gas grill and outside it was very cozy. The hostess lives above the apartment, but she was very considerate, so you didn't notice her, but if any questions came up, she was always very helpful and friendly. The location is also very nice (a bit of sea view), but it is a bit of the city or the beach. Unfortunately, nothing can be reached on foot. The only drawback, the WLAN didn't work :( Nevertheless, all in all, it is highly recommended.

Our stay was lovely. It was just as quiet, with a great view of the sea from the terrace, as we had imagined it based on the description. It was especially nice to just step out of the apartment and go down to the beach to swim in the clear water. The apartment is quiet and equipped with everything you might need. Vesna is an extremely friendly and helpful host. We felt very comfortable from the beginning.

We stayed in the property with 4 adults and a toddler. We liked it very much, 👍 which was really great that we could check in and out flexibly. Everything was modern and nicely decorated. Our highlight was the view from the pool. especially in the evening a dream 🥰 We can definitely recommend the accommodation!

Klara's place was such a GEM. We got to play a lot of pool with the pool table and had so much fun. There was a lot of space to spread out. Very close to the pier and many pubs and restaurants. Ample places to sleep and not hear each other. Highly recommend.

Very spacious and tastefully furnished apartment, the view from the terrace is very beautiful and relaxing, the neighborhood is very quiet. The bathroom has a wonderful shower! It's just a shame that the floor wasn't very clean and that the pillowcases had been sprayed with perfume, I would have preferred them to smell like washing machine detergent.

If you demand the finest, this house represents the pinnacle. The house is everything you see in the pictures and then some. You can feel the heart that has gone into restoring this house while preserving the soul of the architecture. The design and furnishings are luxurious and complements the house in a unique way. Even the little detailed touches and details are provided for, including toiletries, high-end bedding and towels. The kitchens are fully stacked: both inside and outside. While Istria has a lot of small coves and deserted beaches with cristal clear waters to offer, the decking beach in Moscenicka Draga is an exclusive way of experiencing the best of what Croatia has to offer from a beach perspective. Last but not least: Tanja and Oliver are top hosts. They are easy to communicate with, and does everything in their power to make sure, that your stay is truly a five-star experience. House was beautiful, much better then described and showed on the photos actually ! And the kids loved it. Pool, playground, cinema, fire pit. Amazing. We hope to come again soon...

We stayed at Elvis’s place for a week and loved everything bout it. The apartment is tucked away is the tiny village of Ipsy . Upon arriving our first impression was WOW ! This a gem! The place is full of charm, history , and the view is one of the best in Istria Super clean and everything you need for your stay. The 3 terraces provide extra space to relax, read, dine outside while enjoying the views of Motovun Elvis has taken his family’s 250 year old home and added modern bathrooms and flooring without changing the integrity of the home. It’s very well done. The beds are comfy and showers are great and its quiet Ipsa, the winery and olive producer is right next door.. 😀. Loved it ! Wonderful house and great host. Beautiful, peaceful surroundings and well worth the price. You have direct access to fresh herbs, homemade wine, rakia, jam, and eggs by the host. Perfect for a quiet time away from traffic noise and light pollution. Walking distance to several nice hiking locations. Would love to stay here again.

The vacation home was found as described! The outdoor area with pool is very well maintained and beautifully lit in the evening. The interior is tastefully furnished and very clean! The kitchen equipment is excellent, everything that was needed was found. The location of the house is very quiet and idyllic! It is about 25 minutes by car to the beach. Communication with Boris was impeccable! The vacation home is recommended!

A wonderful villa that exceeded our expectations! The property was clean and beautifully designed, offering a serene and relaxing atmosphere. The host and housekeeper were exceptionally friendly and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed. However, the villa is a bit far from the ocean, so walking isn't ideal - a taxi or car is necessary to reach the beach but it's a small trade-off & completely fine with the price you pay for it. We would definitely recommend it:)

We loved every minute here! The photos do not do it justice – – it’s far more beautiful in person. The views over trees and the water are spell – binding. We would sit and watch as the sky and the water as the light changed. It was very easy to hike up on the Napoleonic way or down to the seaside. The kitchen was great and it was fun to cook with fresh Italian ingredients. I enjoyed a few swims even in cooler weather. But it was particularly a good place for us to hole up and reboot, take a break and get work done. We hope to make this an annual retreat. Petra and Ivan were particularly helpful, and went out of their way to support our stay and even extend it. We are very grateful!

We were well hosted by Ales and his wife in this beautiful peaceful accommodation in the countryside but close to shops. Very clean and well decorated. Everything you need for a wonderful stay is there from the moment you arrive. I recommend it.

We had a great time, the place was spotlessly clean and very spacious. The kitchen was very well equipped with lots of amenities. The road to the driveway is super steep, so needs a bit of skill if you are traveling by car. The owners live upstairs, so it's not 100% private, however they are very friendly. We received a welcome drink and a bottle of wine in the fridge.

We spent 14 pleasant days in September at Mate's large, modern apartment. Everything very clean and very well decorated. The view from the balcony very nice. It was very relaxed. Mate took care of everything and was always available. Perfect location. Nice and quiet, only 5 min walk to 2 different beaches. Also only 20 minutes to walk to the old TOWN OF RAB.

For check-in and check-out we were greeted by Luana and her son Giuseppe. Very happy with your stay in Croatia. Everything is done to allow us to discover the city and surroundings. We enjoyed the setting and the calm! To be recommended without hesitation.

We had an absolutely perfectly relaxing vacation. The place is like it looks in the pictures, I’d say even better. You really only need to take some stairs down to the sea and can take a swim whenever you want. You can also get there by Bus perfectly easy and when our train broke down and didn’t work anymore on our way there, they were kind enough to pick us up 25 minutes away from there home, where we were greeted with a lot of friendliness and care, yet we always had our privacy. You’re located in the middle between Rijeka and beautiful Opatja and we really loved it. I’d go back any time and can recommend staying here very highly!

Just a great place to stay and would stay there again in the future

Sanja was a perfect host and even got us some food in advance as we arrived at closed shops on a public holiday. She had provided extra toys for our children, which was also great for them. We felt completely comfortable with her and you can't ask for better. The building is a little on the slope which makes getting there a little more difficult and the footpath high from the beach is also a bit more difficult but the view you have for it is absolutely worth it and otherwise the apartment really brings a lot of opportunity. The small garden with barbecue area was also great. Thank you for everything!

A comfortable choice for 2-4 people in close driving distance to Rijeka. The terrace was very nice and outside chairs and sofa were very comfortable. The kitchen has a lot of amenities and the two bedrooms are cozy enough with a lot of closet space. There is one main bathroom with a very comfortable shower and then a smaller nook with a WC and sink. A short drive to the most economical parking lot of Rijeka (Delta). A reasonable price for sure. The host accommodated our early check-in and offered us a later check-out if we needed it (which we didn’t)
