This spacious apartment is only a few walking minutes from the beach and lake. The grand view from the apartment over the lake is breathtaking, especially during sunsets. The house is so close to the lake that in summer you can easily go home wrapped in a bath towel. A quick dip? No problem! With beautiful hiking/biking trails nearby, the flat is also a great starting point for the next adventure. On the balcony, you can barbecue in the evening and relax while watching the sunset.

Although centrally located in the city, the location on the river creates a feel-good atmosphere all year round. The property is not large, but a perfect starting point if you want to explore the old town on foot, the surrounding area by bike or the region by car. Very nice large two bedroom apartment. Lovely location for skiing in winter or swimming in the lake in summer. The apartment is 5 minutes walk from the ski lift. The apartment has beautiful views of the lake, harbor and mountains. All in all, a unique place in the park and in Switzerland! Linen and towels are included! Cot and chair are provided. I rent out my own apartment myself and am not affiliated with anything.

This sun-drenched apartment on Lake Constance offers a fantastic vacation destination for couples and families! It has two bedrooms, each with its own balcony and a small bathroom, as well as a large living room and another shared balcony in the middle. The apartment is located right on the water. A water access also connects directly to the apartment and a piece of meadow belongs to the house.

Our house is idyllically located directly on the lake with a fantastic view of Switzerland on the Säntis and the Zeppelin city of "Friedrichshafen." For 8 years we have been successful and happy hosts, were allowed to welcome a lot of great people to us, who would also like to book our whole house. That's why we decided to make our whole house available to nice guests from Easter 22.
