The light-flooded apartment "Viktoria Lusie" comprises the entire first floor of the CITY-COUNTRY-BARN. You enter the luxurious apartment from the medieval-style courtyard and look through the living room immediately onto the large terrace with water feature and view into the countryside. Two bedrooms to the left and right of the large living/cooking/dining area, each with an en-suite bathroom and Japanese shower toilet. Beds with high-quality Tempur mattresses (each 160 cm x 200 cm) for sleeping like on clouds and pure relaxation.

Tiny House in your own natural garden

Feel connected to nature. Our Tiny House is located in the middle of a 2000 sq m natural garden with no direct neighbors. The covered terrace invites you to rest, eat or work in the garden, come rain or sunshine. In colder weather you can heat the Nordpeis wood-burning stove and enjoy the glow and warmth of the fire. For those for whom the 2000 sq m garden is not enough - the edge of the Huy forest is 100 meters from the property. In the evening, you can gaze at the stars as you fall asleep.

Holidayhome at Bernsteinsee (Sauna, BBQ, firepl.)

Beautiful log cabin 400m away (approx. 7 minutes on foot) from Lake Bernstein. Very quiet location surrounded with trees and beautiful small holiday homes. The garden is overgrown with plants so that it cannot be seen in from outside and is exclusively available. A Gasgrill and fireplaces both inside and outside with wood is included. Whirlpool (75€ / stay; April-Oct.) and sauna (25€ for / night; all year) can be booked for additional cost. A Carport for one car (up to 2 m high) is available.

Fritz Fischer's vacation home

This apartment is perfect for your vacation in beautiful Wolfenbüttel. It is located on a quiet street in the historic Auguststadt. The 1913 house is stylish and modernly renovated. The apartment has three rooms with a double bed and two sofa beds with space for up to three more people. In the bathroom there is a rainforest shower. The shared kitchen on the first floor is at your disposal. There is a small communal garden that can be used with children or for cozy sitting.

Angeboten wird ein stilvoll eingerichtetes Apartment mit separatem Eingang und maximaler Privatsphäre. Weiterhin kann die Sauna gegen Aufpreis (15€ p.P und Tag )genutzt werden. Die Bezahlung erfolgt vor Ort. Haustiere sind bei uns gerne gesehen. Für die Endreinigung fallen 25€ an. Die Lage ist ein optimaler Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen und Radtouren. Der Harz und Städte wie Wernigerode, Goslar, Halberstadt, Blankenburg etc. sind in 30-45 Autominuten erreichbar.

At the Eichenhof you will find beautifully furnished apartments, horses, dogs, rabbits and chickens. Hunting opportunities or simply relaxation on a beautiful large estate. Bed linen costs 6 euros per bed. Towels are 3 euros per person. Final cleaning is charged at €70. Please let us know if you would like to book towels and linens. Sit back and relax – in this quiet, stylish accommodation. Use the garden, with hammock, deck chair and dining area. Walking, hiking or cycling right from the house in beautiful nature. A bicycle is available or you can put your own in the lockable garage. There are plenty of excursion tips at the Sűdheide tourist information office. Gifhorner Switzerland, a heathland close by. Nearest supermarket 3.1 km. Good kitchen equipment.

Magdalenenhof am Huywald - Kornboden with a view

The "Magdalenenhof am Huywald" is one of six so-called "Vollackerhöfen" from which Dingelstedt originated. The house was built in 1727 and is now a listed building. The Huywald (one of the largest beech forests in Europe) is a few minutes' walk away and invites you to take long walks. Cyclists will also get their money's worth. In Dingelstedt, a bike path starts that was built on an old railway line.

Our guest apartment offers absolute peace and comfort. We are happy to host guests who can enjoy this and appreciate the loving decor. A horse farm with a small cafe next door, Lake Wehnser, the 18-hole golf course in the immediate vicinity and the proximity to the nearest train station (about 3 km) make the location interesting and attractive for recreation seekers, hikers, riders and cyclists.

The 120 m² ground floor can accommodate up to 8 guests (incl. Towels and freshly made beds) and is ideal for families or friends looking for a relaxed environment. There are several small islands such as our reading nook or coffee bar. There is a small play area and sandbox for the children. The 700m2 garden offers plenty of space for sunbathing or a cozy evening by the campfire.
