About the accommodation: The maisonette apartment combines the charm of a historic building with modern amenities. The open-plan living and dining area is tastefully furnished and invites you to relax. There is a walk-in closet on the lower floor, which offers plenty of storage space and organization for your clothes and personal belongings. Sleeping arrangements: A large room with a comfortable double bed and a pull-out sofa bed, both always equipped with fresh bed linen. Location: Our apartment is in a prime location, just a few minutes' walk from the main sights, restaurants, cafés and shops. We generously furnished the 32 sqm apartment a few years ago. Very bright, quiet - has a small balcony facing SW! Located in the middle of the city on the pedestrian zone: in Casparistraße between Burgplatz and Hagenmarkt (e.g. 5 min. Audio-Med-Akad., language school, castle). Many shops and local suppliers in the immediate vicinity allow for quick basic care! Public transport stops (tram/buses) only 1 - 3 minutes away: VW FS, Siemens approx. 10 - 15 minutes!

A cozy apartment awaits you on an area of 25 square meters. The apartment was completely renovated and refurbished by us in 2022. In addition to a comfortable queen-size bed (160cm), the living/sleeping area has an inviting dining area and a large TV. There is also a small kitchen including a dishwasher, refrigerator and mini oven. The bathroom has also been renovated. On top you have the opportunity to spend relaxing hours on the large sunny balcony.

Our 60 m² guest apartment on the upper floor of a two-family house has an 18 m² balcony. It is located in the countryside on the eastern outskirts of Braunschweig. From here you can easily reach Braunschweig City with theaters, museums and traditional islands, Wolfsburg with Phaeno and Autostadt and the Harz Mountains. Parking is available free of charge in front of the house.
