Many shops and local suppliers in the immediate vicinity allow for quick basic care! Public transport stops (tram/buses) only 1 - 3 minutes away: VW FS, Siemens approx. 10 - 15 minutes!

The 700m2 garden offers plenty of space for sunbathing or a cozy evening by the campfire.

Our 60 m² guest apartment on the upper floor of a two-family house has an 18 m² balcony. It is located in the countryside on the eastern outskirts of Braunschweig. From here you can easily reach Braunschweig City with theaters, museums and traditional islands, Wolfsburg with Phaeno and Autostadt and the Harz Mountains. Parking is available free of charge in front of the house.
