Vacation rentals with a patio in Old Town

Staying at Jan’s apartment was truly a highlight of my trip to Bratislava. Jan stands out as one of those rare hosts who genuinely cares about every detail of his guests’ experience. From the very start, he went above and beyond—providing clear instructions, thoughtful local tips, and personal recommendations that made me feel right at home. The apartment itself is stunning and located in the best part of town. It’s just steps away from the promenade, perfect for both daytime strolls and evening walks, yet I was pleasantly surprised by how peaceful and quiet it was at night. Everything in the apartment is thoughtfully arranged and fully equipped, so I never found myself missing anything during my stay. It’s rare to find such a high level of care and engagement, especially in SVK where average service has sadly become the norm. I can wholeheartedly recommend Jan’s place to anyone visiting Bratislava. I know I’ll be looking forward to staying here again on my next visit!

It’s a great place to stay. Car is well protected in the private parking. The room is spacious and clean and has everything you need. The internet was fast. The shopping mall right across the street is super convenient for doing some shopping. The building is highly secure with the key fob access going in and out. Perfect place.

Location is perfectly situated in Old town with a crazy view of the cathedral and Bratislava castle.

Top top top. The owner responded to messages right away, we agreed on everything. A very kind and accommodating lady. Beautiful and clean place. Definitely recommend.

The Host is very welcoming, gave very detailed instructions for parking and check-in, convenient for the elderly, the house is very big, the room is fully equipped with all kinds of facilities, and there are also some food, and there are a lot of toys in the children's room.I've stayed in 4 B&Bs in the last few days, and this one feels the best, like I'm home, so I like it👍🏻

Great apartment in good location. All new equipped with really everything you need. All windows to the quiet patio. Garage parking lot was easy and convinient. Vladimir responded always and made everything very easy to handle. Also the self check-in was flexible and nice. 100% reccomendation!

We really liked the apartment! It is very nice and cozy. The terrace is a separate pleasure. With such a stunning view! Everything was very clean and cool! Thanks for the coffee machine and capsules. In the morning they were very helpful. There are a lot of interesting things nearby, it's convenient to walk to the center. We love to walk, so it was a very pleasant bonus for us. There are a lot of shops around, and that's a big bonus. I advise you to stay here, it's worth it!!!!! Thanks again for your hospitality!

Very nice place to stay, short 20 minute drive to Bratislava. Peaceful and very calm environment and the pool in the backyard is very nice!

We (two families with kids) were lucky to stay three nights at Sylvia's nice and beautiful home near Bratislava. The house is large with several bed rooms, it is well equipped and in a good shape. As we have been there in summer, we were able to fully enjoy the well-kept garden with the quite large pool. Further, the host supported us with Information and always answered to any questions we had. Thank you, Sylvia for letting us stay in your nice home!

Practical house close to bus station to Vienna airport. Quiet neighborhood. Within walking distance of old town. Fully equipped house. Great kitchen, two bathrooms. Everything worked well. Beds in 1 room (downstairs) were too hard, the beds in the other rooms were fine. We would have preferred to have more towels. We got 1 towel per bed, regular size, for 3 nights.

The host was very friendly and explained everything on arrival. You can see that she enjoys hosting as she takes great care of her house and her guests. The house has everything that you need. It has a nice outdoor deck which was great. Parking was free street parking. We enjoyed our stay and will be back if we are in the same area again.

We loved the house! Everything is clean, there are all the necessary things, dishes, appliances. There is a cozy treehouse, slide and trampoline in the yard. It was paradise for a child. For adults - grill and covered gazebo. We had a great few days at this house. The only disadvantage is the iron road next to it and the constantly peaking barrier! And quite a large stream of cars past the house!

This house was the perfect place for our group of four adults. Its modern look made us feel like we were in our own home. The neighborhood is super quiet and that's what we were looking for.

The apartment was beautiful, clean, the hostess had a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom - even if you forgot something, everything was prepared in advance, the garden was nicely maintained and private, parking is hassle-free

Our family enjoy the apartment. Easy access to the town with a great public transport. Our kids enjoyed outside playground. Thank you for lovely stay.

The apartment was super clean and had everything necessary for a long stay. It is in a good neighborhood next to grocery stores and not to far from the city center. Beata was super caring and made sure the stay was nice and everything went well.

Very nice appartement, with the center and a nice mall for groceries all in a walkable distance. Lots of public transport access for the things that are a little farther away. But more than anything, lovely hosts ! Milan and his wife are extremely nice, helpful and responsive, they made the journey a lot easier !
