The street on which the apartment is located is quiet. It is next to the park with a children's playground and a fountain.

It is quite comfortable, and the biggest shopping mall of Bratislava is just beside the apartment. How convenient it is! The apartment is nested beside the beautiful Danube River, whose scenery is exceedingly bewitching.

Staying at Jan’s apartment was truly a highlight of my trip to Bratislava. Jan stands out as one of those rare hosts who genuinely cares about every detail of his guests’ experience. From the very start, he went above and beyond—providing clear instructions, thoughtful local tips, and personal recommendations that made me feel right at home. The apartment itself is stunning and located in the best part of town. It’s just steps away from the promenade, perfect for both daytime strolls and evening walks, yet I was pleasantly surprised by how peaceful and quiet it was at night. Everything in the apartment is thoughtfully arranged and fully equipped, so I never found myself missing anything during my stay. It’s rare to find such a high level of care and engagement, especially in SVK where average service has sadly become the norm. I can wholeheartedly recommend Jan’s place to anyone visiting Bratislava. I know I’ll be looking forward to staying here again on my next visit!

I felt right at home when I visited Zuzana's apartment. The place is beautiful, very cozy and stylish, has everything you need, including cable TV, kitchen equipment, very quiet, with nice balcony to patio. Downstairs you can find quality grocery store, open until 9pm which I found very convenient. Zuzana is very responsive, friendly and proactive, she helped me with parking and lost key as well on Saturday evening. Don't misuse it though, she really has heart of gold. She even let me stay longer because I needed to work on the day of checkout. I would be delighted to come back.

The house was just as advertised. all as expected. Vladimir was kind to let us check in earlier than expected. The checkout time is also very convenient. The apartment sits next to the mall and has great parking. We stayed at 4 people in the apartment and it was ok for 1 night, but if it is to stay longer I believe it is more suitable for two people. I recommend and would come back.

Fabulous and totally independent apartment. 13 km from Samorin's X-Bionic Sphere. We had a great time, the apartment is beautiful and well cared for. The spaces are very spacious and bright. The super equipped kitchen, with a fabulous coffee machine, with a coffee grinder. Highly recommended.
