It is located in the extension of Michalská Street and ends at Kollárové Square. It is part of the city-wide promenade. In 2005 and 2006, it was completely renovated, with the paving on the entire street as well as the tram tracks being replaced.

The studio is very well located, 15 minutes walking distance from the city centre, tram and bus stops are located 30 metres from the house. There is a grocery shop 30 metres from the house, as well as coffee shops, bars and restaurants. I would like to point out the proximity of the tram under the windows; if you are sensitive to noise, my accommodation is not suitable for you.
