You'll stay in a renovated historical house next to a gallery on one side and the drama theater on the other side. Me and my wife are the owners of the apartment and lived here our self. Therefor Aibrnb, so we still can come - when you are nor there :)

Stylish 2 rooms apartment in the new city center of Bratislava, 100m from the shopping center where you can find Market place, Food Courts, Garden Roof, Central Bus Station. 10 min walking distance from old city center. Plenty of small local pubs, cafes, wine bars. Despite central location the area is full of parks, trees, playgrounds. The flat has bedroom with double bed, living room with sofa bed for 2 persons, fully equipped kitchen, 2 balconies, washing machine, dishwasher, Wi-Fi, TV, etc.

The apartment sits 5 min away from the Nivy shopping mall/bus station on one side, and 5 min from the Eurovea shopping mall/riverside on the other. Cafés and restaurants can be found at the bottom of the tower within the residence that also includes a free access outdoor fitness zone. The touristic part of the city center is a 10-15 min walk from the Sky Park residence.

Very nice and willing people. There were no complications, the flat was clean and exactly as shown in the pictures. The neighborhood is nice and quiet, just a moment to the center, there is a bus station nearby so it was easy to travel. Highly recommend!

The entire stay was very pleasant. The accommodation was extremely clean. You felt really comfortable there. Sleeping was comfortable and overall everything looked neat and cozy. Prepared chilled drinks in the fridge were a nice detail that pleased upon arrival. We also greatly appreciated the communication with the host – he was always willing to advise and provide useful information. I would definitely recommend this place to other travelers.

Dusan, was very friendly. He personally showed us the apartment, explained everything to us and gave us some tips for leisure activities as well as dining options. We felt very comfortable.

I had the opportunity to stay again in this lovely apartment. The accommodation is beautiful, spacious, clean, situated in a quiet neighborhood, and offers free, safe parking. Filip is very friendly and excellent at communication. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and highly recommend Filip’s accommodation to anyone visiting Bratislava . One major plus for me was its proximity to the faculty (FMFI), just a 15-minute walk away.

The flat is very well located, whether to the city center or the train station. It is located on the 17th floor where there is amazing view and peace. There is a climate in the apartment, so there is no problem or warmer days. The apartment was clean and the host was amazing. we will definitely use this accommodation in the future.

It was very nice to stay there. The aura of the place is very special. The last time I heard the smell of old wood was in childhood. And it's in an excellent state from other perspectives. Clean and renewed! The sauna allowed us to reload. Thanks a lot!
