It is comfortable & designed to be a home away from home, fully equipped with everything you would expect to find in your own home and more. It is located 950m from the start of the Blue Derby MTB Trails. The house has been set up for MTB'ers in mind. Suitable for Families, small groups & is also pet friendly. It has a bike garage to lock MTB's in overnight, an outdoor hot/cold shower, undercover BBQ and a private large rear deck.

So close to Binalong Bays famous Baileys Beach you won't need to get into a car to get to the sea from our shack! We host our families beach shack in North Binalong Bay, quite and surrounded by the Bay of Fires/larapuna. Less than a 5 minute walk to Baileys Beach, close to the mountain bike trails of Bay of Fires (10min) and St Helens (20min). Derby River Edge House is the perfect place to stay if you enjoy a day on the trails but want to come home to absolute comfort. With 4 bedrooms, 2 beds in each, 2.5 bathrooms and a well equipped kitchen with coffee machine you have everything you need for your home away from home experience! Lock your bike in a wet room attached to the house complete with tools and then enjoy a beer and BBQ on the deck with river views. A 3 minute ride to cafes, restaurants and the Trail Head!

The Shack on the Hill - Binalong Bay, Bay of Fires

A peaceful place to relax after exploring the beautiful Bay of Fires area, swimming, surfing, walking or mountain biking on nearby tracks. The Shack on the Hill has beautiful views across forest reserves. Keep an eye out for the amazing birdlife including parrots, cockatoos, robins, blue wrens and Sea Eagles cruising past. The cottage has a large open plan kitchen/dining and living area and a large covered deck for outdoor dining and perfect for coffee in the morning sun.

Trail View is our special spot in Derby. Historically steeped in the mining past, our bedrooms look out of lead light sunray's to the moss laden forest below as does the deep bath with unlimited hot water for bathing and showers. A relaxing , tranquil and private home with everything we need to revive the senses after an adventurous day on the trails. The wood burning heaters and fire pit circle provides us a cosy area to gather where stories are told and memories made.

THE CEDAR HOUSE DERBY

Cedar House has recently had some upgrades including a new bathroom. It is centrally located directly behind the bike shops and cafes located on Main Street in historical Derby. Perched high on the block the views from the deck are magical with the Ringarooma River below and the Blue Derby trailhead in your sights. A great base to discover the many bike trail options on the doorstep. If you are after comfort, convenience and location then the boxes are ticked!

SUNRISE @ Binalong Bay, Bay of Fires

This traditional Beach Shack has magnificent views over Skeleton Bay - part of the World famous Bay of Fires Tasmania. A lovely iconic holiday house for family or friends to be able to relax in and enjoy a true Tassie holiday. Three bedrooms, cosy woodfire, brand new quality leather lounge, and even a games room and gym on the lower level. Reverse cycle air conditioning in the living area. Nice deck to sit and watch the boats and the odd whale go by.

Known to the locals as the bottle house, the original old cottage has plenty of character with bottles cemented into the wall around the fire place and a wagon wheel set into a stone wall. A recently completed extension has added 2 Large Bedrooms with views of the lavish hills, the property faces north catching the sun. Set on 3 acres gives it a real country living feeling while only 7 mins walk to the Dorset Hotel and 5 min ride to the Trail Head.
