House vacation rentals in Brancaster

We stayed at 6 Blyth View for one week as a family and we throughly recommend it to anyone looking for a lovely getaway in a peaceful location. The cottage is part of a lovely estate in a very peaceful and thoughtfully designed setting with amazing grounds overlooking fields to the East so you can stunning sunset views. It’s a short drive from wonderful Southwold and several neighbouring villages with great pubs offering decent food options as well as lovely drives to explore the surrounding areas. The cottage is perfectly equipped with all facilities working perfectly, a very well equipped kitchen, comfortable bedrooms offering plenty of storage space plus a perfect living room space and indoor and outdoor dining. Parking is situated close to the property. In addition, the (bookable timeslots) gym, swimming pool and games room were much fun and we very much enjoyed. Highly recommend this property and thank you to the attentive host for great support and communication when needed 🙏🏼

We had a wonderful stay at Fring Estate - the Market Square House, garden, pool and surrounding walks are beautiful. We were welcomed with the most delicious homemade brownies and Victoria and the team could not have been more accommodating - it was the perfect place to catch up with friends who live all over the UK - the bbq was on all weekend because we finally had some sun! We wouldn’t change a thing and can’t wait to bring the children and dog back next year. Thank you, this really is a hidden gem and we’re so pleased we’ve discovered it!

We had a lovely couple of nights here. James was great and responded quickly, the house was clean and felt like home, the beds were really comfy too! It’s a great location, the bar on site served delicious food and lots of places nearby to explore. We will be back!

I didn’t stay there myself, I booked the place for my co-workers coming over from London , but they said the place was very nice!

Jean is a great host- very welcoming, clear instructions and interesting local recommendations. Waterside Retreat is in a smashing location, right on the small lake, close to the country club. The lodge is spacious, clean and well stocked with everything you might need for your holidays and more. We also used the gym- it was well equipped, had a delicious Sunday roast at the country club and walked the dog along the nature trail and to Tydd St Giles- surroundings are very peaceful and beautiful. Uber-eats delivered to our lodge, no problem. Also, it was an easy 1 hour drive to Cambridge to soak up some culture. Overall a great Easter break, in a fabulous lodge.

What can I say about The Firs? The word luxury doesn't do it justice, as soon as we walked through the door we were in ore of the building and it's surroundings. The amenities were fantastic, our personal favourites being the balcony with sun lounges, hot tub and pool table! The house is also decorated with a stylish, luxurious The decor. The kitchen is a stand out feature The owners were reliable, had brilliant communication and even gave us a recommendation to a beautiful restaurant called Quayside Hotel! They couldn't do enough. The on site groundsman was also super friendly and even borrows us his tandem bike! We will be back next year!

Very friendly and helpful host. We stayed in the accessible cottage and it is very well laid out for a wheelchair user. We will be returning very soon.

We had such a fantastic stay at Coot Cottage, beautiful place with fantastic amenities (stand out being the pool which our daughter loved!) We’ve already recommended to family and friends and will definitely be back again to try one of the other cottages!

Beautiful two bed en-suite appartment, ground floor so great for my elderly in laws who came with us. Everything you need for a short or longer stay is provided. Lovely welcome pack on our arrival. Great showers in each en-suite. It was quiet to say close to other appointments. I Would definitely recommend Sarah's place, my mother in-law didn't want to leave, we would love to return in the not too distant future : )

we had a very relaxing stay at the coastguards cottage. The house is beautiful and we felt right at home and the surroundings are just as stunning. Highly recommend staying here if you are looking to get away from the business of city life for a few days! There is limited electricity as advertised but we had no issues and were easily able to charge phones and lights.

We had a fabulous holiday, Olive house deserves 6* rather than 5* rating. Beautifully presented property with a lovely garden and walking distance to the beach. Nicola provides everything to ensure you have a great stay and suggested some good restaurants. We had a wonderful lunch at Socius in Burnham market which is a nice little town to explore. Highly recommended.

Lovely house in a fab location! Very helpful to have soap/toiletries included too and a nice welcome gift too :) Laura was very informative, giving all the info upfront which was very helpful and saved us having to ask any questions! Lovely quiet street too with plenty of parking. No problems whatsoever and will be back in the future!

We had a wonderful stay and the house was beautiful and tastefully furnished. The garden was great for our dog too. Would definitely recommend! It was half an hour drive to the coast but was nearby some quaint towns, which are all well worth a visit!

Absolutely immaculately clean when we arrived and a few little welcome goodies made us feel at home. Kelly has thought of so many little things that just make your stay so easy and enjoyable. I.e washing up liquid and sponge, salt, pepper and cooking oil, dishwasher and washing machine tablets, very well stocked with kitchen pots, pans and utensils, kitchen knives are nice quality and still decently sharp - overall everything is really well maintained and I really couldn’t fault it! If I had to find the tiniest bit of constructive criticism, a washing line for beach towels etc. would have been handy but we made do just fine with the clothes airer and towels on the back of a couple of garden chairs. Loved the location, really handy for popping into Burnham market or to a few of our favourite beaches and coastal spots but still only just over 10 mins down to Fakenham for a decent sized supermarket.

I cannot say enough great things about our stay at this Airbnb. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and exactly as described—if not better. Kirsty's home - and it truly is a home - is as beautiful as it looks in the photos. In fact, more so. There are stylish and tasteful touches in every room and plenty of interesting books, which is always a draw for us. It is also very comfortable. The beds are sumptuous, the bathrooms spotless, the shower efficient, the kitchen range easy to use, the wifi reliable and good enough for remote working on Zoom. The garden is also lovely and we would have used it a lot if the weather had been kinder to us. Communication with Kirsty was friendly and easy and the basket of gifts left for us much appreciated. We have stayed in many airbnb properties, in the UK and abroad, and this was definitely the best.

We booked the house as a base for our son's wedding in Thornham last weekend and it was just perfect. The house itself is bigger than it looks in the pictures and it's comfortable, light, airy and tastefully decorated. We had a fantastic weekend (on account of both the house and the wedding) and would definitely return.

Great house - clean, comfortable and very well equipped. (It’s very rare to find good knives AND a knife sharpener, not to mention beach towels.). The promised quiet and calm was delivered; we had fresh flowers in the house which was surrounded by lovely planting. The village is so tiny and verdant that we felt very isolated whereas in fact it was easy to find with a drive of a bare 10 minutes to Holt. Congratulations to Peta for such a thoughtful provision. Next time we stay we would like thank you personally.

Lovely, spacious, well equipped property for our family get together. Lots to do for all ages in the area and the property is in a great location for visiting them.

Perfect for exploring the North Norfolk coast, this functional yet luxurious house is a short walk to the brilliant Wells restaurants and beach. The house is well stocked and perfect for two couples, and most importantly equipped with an EV charger setup that works perfectly. Gaenor was very responsive, welcoming and helpful.

The house is everything you would want it to be. The garden is small but a joy and very neat and tidy also very private. I would have just liked a grab handle on the hot tub as i am disabled and it was not easy for me to get in and out. All in all a very enjoyable holiday and well worth the money. Luxurious.
